3种蓼属植物对遮阴的光合生理响应及耐阴性评价

摘要:
【 目的】探究遮阴处理对 3 种蓼属(Polygonum)植物生长及光合生理的影响,以筛选耐阴性较强的蓼属植物,为蓼属植物在园林中的开发应用提供理论依据。【 方法】以头花蓼(P.capitatum)、火炭母(P.chinense)和香辣蓼(P.odoratum)为试验材料,采用盆栽试验,设置 5 个不同程度的遮阴(全光照(CK)和 30%,50%,70%,90%遮阴)处理,测定不同处理植物的形态指标和光合指标,并通过主成分分析和隶属函数分析对 3 种植物的耐阴性进行综合评 价。【 结果】随着遮阴程度的增加,3种蓼属植物的叶面积和株高总体增大,茎粗总体减小;叶绿素含量上升,而叶绿素a/b下降;头花蓼的类胡萝卜素含量先上升后下降,火炭母和香辣蓼的类胡萝卜素含量总体增加。随着遮阴程度的增 加,头花蓼中的光饱和点(LSP)先上升后下降,而火炭母和香辣蓼的LSP逐渐降低;3种蓼属植物的光补偿点(LCP)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)均降低,表观量子效率(AQY)和最大净光合速率(Pn max)均先上升后下降。各遮阴处理3种蓼属植物的最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)以及电子传递量子产额(φEo)均明显高于 CK,初始荧光(Fo)和热耗散量子比率(φDo)均低于CK。综合评价结果显示,3种植物的耐阴性排序为火炭母>香辣蓼>头花蓼。【 结论】3种蓼属植物对弱光均有一定的适应能力,但适应能力的强弱具有一定差异,其中火炭母的耐阴性最强,头花蓼最弱。

Photosynthetic physiological responses and shade tolerance evaluation of three Polygonum species to shading

Abstract:
【 Objective】The study aims to investigate the effects of shading treatments on the growth and photosynthetic physiology of three Polygonum species,and screen for Polygonum species with strong shade tolerance,to provide a theoretical basis for their development and application in landscaping.【Method】Using P.capitatum,P. chinense,and P. odoratum as experimental materials,a pot experiment was conducted with five treatments( full sunlight as control( CK),30%,50%,70%,90% shading degree) to determine the morphological and photosynthetic indicators of the plants under different treatments. The negative Shade tolerance of the three plants was comprehensively evaluated through principal component analysis and membership function analysis.【Result】As shading degree increased,leaf area and plant height of the three Polygonum species generally increased,while stem diameter overall decreased. The chlorophyll content increased,but the chlorophyll a/b ratio decreased. The carotenoid content in P. capitatum first increased and then decreased,whereas it generally increased in P. chinense and P. odoratum.As shading degree increased,the light saturation point( LSP) of P.capitatum first rose and then fell,while the LSP of P. chinense and P. odoratum steadily declined. All three species showed reduced light compensation point( LCP) and dark respiration rate(Rd),whereas the apparent quantum yield(AQY) and maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pn max) first increased before decreasing. Under various shading treatments,the maximum fluorescence(Fm),PSⅡ maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),PSⅡ potential activity(Fv/Fo),and electron transport quantum yield (φEo) of the three Polygonum species were significantly higher than those of the control(CK),while the initial fluorescence(Fo) and heat dissipation quantum ratio(φDo) were lower than those of CK. Comprehensive evaluation ranked shade tolerance of the three species as:P. chinense>P. odoratum>P. capitatum.【Conclusion】All three Polygonum species exhibit low light adapt-ability,but the extent of this adaptability differs among them.P. chinense demonstrates the strongest shade tolerance,while P. capitatum exhibits the weakest.
