遮阴对蔷薇科3种地被植物生长的影响及耐阴性评价

摘要:
【目的】研究遮阴程度对蔷薇科3种地被植物形态和生理特性的影响,为蔷薇科地被植物在园林中的开发应用提供理论依据。【方法】以朝天委陵菜(Potentilla supina) 、龙芽草(Agrimonia pilosa)和蛇含委陵菜(Potentilla kleiniana)为试验材料,设置30%(T1)、50%(T2)、70%(T3)和90%(T4)4个遮阴率处理,以全光照为对照(CK),测定3种蔷薇科植物的形态和生理指标,并通过主成分和隶属函数分析法进行耐阴性综合评价。【结果】蔷薇科3种地被植物的叶长、叶宽、株高、株幅和叶面积均随遮阴程度增加而呈先上升后下降的趋势,朝天委陵菜的上述指标在T2处理下达到最大值;龙芽草除叶宽在T2处理下最大外,其余指标及蛇含委陵菜各指标均在T3处理下最大。3种植物的比叶重随遮阴程度增加均呈下降趋势,其中朝天委陵菜降幅最大(48.9%)。随遮阴程度增加,朝天委陵菜和蛇含委陵菜的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均呈先降后升趋势,分别在T2和T3处理时活性最小;龙芽草的POD和CAT活性变化趋势与之类似,在T2处理时活性最小,SOD活性则呈逐渐下降趋势。3种植物的丙二醛(MDA)含量均随遮阴程度的增加呈先降后升趋势,均以CK处理含量最高,T2处理含量最低。随遮阴程度加重,3种植物的可溶性糖含量逐渐下降,可溶性蛋白含量则呈先降后升趋势。通过主成分和隶属函数分析法对3种植物的耐阴性进行综合评价,得出其耐阴性从强到弱依次为龙芽草、蛇含委陵菜、朝天委陵菜。【结论】龙芽草在遮阴胁迫下适应性最好,耐阴性最强,适合运用在高大乔木及高层建筑造成的荫蔽环境下。

Effects of shading on the growth of three groundcover species in Rosaceae and evaluation of their shade tolerance

Abstract:
【Objective】The study aimed to investigate the effects of shading intensity on the morphological and physiological traits of three Rosaceae groundcover species,to provide a theoretical basis for their development and application in gardens.【Method】Potentilla supina,Agrimonia pilosa and Potentilla kleiniana were exposed to four shading treatments (shading rate 30%(T1),50%(T2),70%(T3),and 90%(T4) of full light),with a control (CK) receiving full light.Their morphological and physiological indexes were measured and principal component and membership function analysis were conducted to comprehensively evaluate their shade tolerance.【Result】The leaf length,leaf width,plant height,plant width and leaf area of the three Rosaceae groundcover plants exhibited initial increases followed by decreases with the increase of shading intensity.These indicators of P.supina reached the maximum value under T2 treatment,the leaf width of A.pilosa was the largest under the T2 treatment,whereas all other indicators for A.pilosa and all indicators for P.kleiniana were the highest under the T3 treatment.The specific leaf weight of all three plant species decreased with increasing shading intensity,with P.supina exhibiting the largest decline (48.9%).The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) in P.supina and P.kleiniana decreased first and then increased with the increasing shading intensity at T2 for P.supina and at T3 for P.kleiniana,respectively.The trend for POD and CAT activities in A.pilosa was similar,with minimum activity at T2 treatment,and SOD activity gradually decreased.The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased first and then increased with the increasing shading intensity in all plants,with the highest levels in the CK treatment and the lowest in T2 treatment.As shading intensity increased,the soluble sugar content of the three plants exhibited a gradual decrease,while the soluble protein content followed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.A comprehensive evaluation of the shade tolerance of the three plants,conducted by principal component and membership function analysis,resulted in the following order of shade tolerance from strong to weak:A.pilosaP.kleiniana and P.supina.【Conclusion】A.pilosa demonstrates the best adaptability and shade tolerance under shading stress,making it ideal for application in shaded areas caused by tall trees and high-rise buildings.
