| 【目的】探究外源一氧化氮(NO)对干旱胁迫下益母草生长及品质的影响,为益母草抗旱栽培及品质提升提供理论依据。【方法】采用100 μmol/L硝普钠作为NO供体进行预处理,分别以10%,20%和30%聚乙二醇(PEG) 6000模拟不同程度干旱胁迫,分析外源NO对干旱胁迫下益母草种子萌发、幼苗生长及药效成分积累的影响。【结果】①外源NO通过调控淀粉酶活性,显著促进10% PEG及20% PEG胁迫下益母草种子萌发;②外源NO能显著缓解干旱胁迫对益母草幼苗生长的抑制,其原因可能是由于外源NO通过降低丙二醛和过氧化氢含量,从而缓解氧化损伤;③通过测定益母草中的主要药效成分,发现外源NO能促进干旱胁迫下盐酸益母草碱、盐酸水苏碱及黄酮类化合物积累。【结论】外源施用NO可缓解轻度和中度干旱胁迫下益母草种子萌发及幼苗生长,并有助于促进干旱胁迫下药用成分的积累。 |

| 【Objective】This study aims to explore the regulation of exogenous nitric oxide (NO) on the growth and quality of Leonurus japonicus under drought stress,in order to provide theoretical basis for cultivation and quality improvement of L.japonicus under drought stress.【Method】100 μmol/L sodium nitroprusside (SNP,a NO donor) was used as pretreatment,and 10%,20%,and 30% polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000 was used to simulate different degrees of drought stress.The effect of exogenous NO on seed germination,seedling growth,and the content of medicinal components of L.japonicus seedlings under drought stress was analyzed.【Result】① Seed germination under 10% and 20% PEG treatment was improved by the regulation of amylase activity through exogenous NO.② Exogenous NO mitigated growth inhibition of L.japonicus seedlings under drought stress,which was likely attributable to the reduction in malondialdehyde and hydrogen peroxide levels,thereby decreasing oxidative damage.③ Analysis of medicinal components showed that exogenous NO enhanced leonurine hydrochloride content, stachydrine hydrochloride content,and flavonoid biosynthesis in L.japonicus under drought stress.【Conclusion】Exogenous application of NO could alleviate seed germination and seedling growth of L.japonicus under mild and moderate drought stress,and promote the accumulation of medicinal components under drought stress. |
