| 【目的】探究不同果园‘长富2号’套袋和免套袋果实内在品质组分的差异,为苹果免套袋技术推广提供数据支撑。【方法】以陕西洛川不同区域5个果园的‘长富2号’苹果树为研究对象,设置套袋、免套袋处理,对不同处理果实的内在品质进行测定,系统比较免套袋和套袋苹果果实内在品质组分的差异。【结果】免套袋苹果的果肉硬度、脆度、紧实度和果实体积质量显著高于套袋苹果。糖酸及组分含量中,免套袋苹果的有机酸总含量低于套袋苹果,其中免套袋苹果的苹果酸、柠檬酸含量显著低于套袋苹果,奎宁酸含量显著高于套袋苹果;免套袋苹果总糖含量显著高于套袋苹果,可溶性糖中果糖、葡萄糖含量显著高于套袋苹果,其他糖类组分中半乳糖、木糖、核糖、甘露醇、肌醇含量显著高于套袋苹果,山梨醇结果相反。免套袋苹果除谷氨酸外,其余15种氨基酸含量均降低。免套袋苹果的香气物质含量平均是套袋苹果的2.04倍。【结论】免套袋栽培更有利于苹果果实内在品质的提升。 |

| 【Objective】This study aimed to explore the differences in intrinsic quality components of ‘Nagafu No.2’ apples grown under bagged and non-bagged conditions in different orchard,to provide data support for the promotion of non-bagged cultivation techniques in apple production.【Method】‘Nagafu No.2’ apples from five orchards in different regions of Luochuan County,Shaanxi Province,were subjected to bagged and non-bagged treatments.Their intrinsic quality was quantified, followed by a systematic comparison that revealed differences in intrinsic quality components between the treatments.【Result】Non-bagged apples exhibited significantly higher values than bagged apples in pulp hardness,crispness,compactness,and fruit volume mass.Regarding sugar-acid composition,the total organic acid content was lower in non-bagged apples,with malic acid and citric acid being significantly reduced,while quinic acid showed a marked increase.The total sugar content of non-bagged apples was significantly higher than that of bagged apples.Among soluble sugars,fructose and glucose were significantly higher in non-bagged apples.Among other sugar components,galactose,xylose,ribose,mannitol and inositol were significantly higher in non-bagged apples,whereas sorbitol exhibited the opposite trend.15 amino acids excluding glutamic acid in bagged apples decreased.The content of aroma substances in non-bagged apples was,on average,2.04 times more abundant than that in bagged apples.【Conclusion】Non-bagged cultivation demonstrated superior efficacy in enhancing the intrinsic quality of apples compared to bagging practices. |
