异丙威致死中浓度对灰飞虱发育历期和繁殖力的影响

摘要:
【目的】明确异丙威致死中浓度对灰飞虱发育历期和繁殖力的影响,为正确评价异丙威在水稻害虫防治方面的作用提供参考。【方法】以水稻品种‘黄金晴’和室内培养的灰飞虱敏感种群为材料,采用稻苗浸渍法连续测定异丙威对F0、F1、F2和F3等4代灰飞虱3龄若虫的室内毒力;使用生命表法,评估了异丙威致死中浓度(LC50)对连续3代灰飞虱发育历期和连续4代灰飞虱有效产卵量的影响。【结果】随着饲养代数的增加,异丙威对灰飞虱3龄若虫的致死中浓度不断增大,异丙威对灰飞虱3龄若虫的LC50由F0代的71.142 mg/L增至F4代的160.000 mg/L,灰飞虱的相对抗性倍数为2.25。与对照处理相比,在异丙威LC50处理后,F1代灰飞虱成虫前期、雌成虫寿命、雌虫寿命、世代历期,以及F2代成虫前期、世代历期均显著缩短(P<0.05),但F3代灰飞虱的成虫前期、雌成虫寿命、雌虫寿命、雄成虫寿命、雄虫寿命、世代历期则显著延长(P<0.05)。与对照处理相比,异丙威LC50处理的F0、F1、F2、F3代灰飞虱成虫的平均单雌产卵孵化出下一代1龄若虫数量分别增加了23.33,81.67,131.98,181.62头,说明异丙威具有刺激灰飞虱成虫产卵的作用,且随处理代数的增加,孵化出的后代数量显著增多,刺激产卵的作用更明显。【结论】在异丙威对灰飞虱连续4代筛选下,灰飞虱对异丙威产生了耐药性,相对抗性倍数为2.25。异丙威致死中浓度(LC50)条件下灰飞虱继代培养过程中,灰飞虱的单雌有效产卵量明显增加。因此在灰飞虱的化学防治过程中应谨慎使用异丙威。

Effects of lethal concentration of isoprocarb on developmental duration and fecundity of Laodelphax striatellus

Abstract:
【Objective】This research aimed to study the effect of lethal medium concentration of isoprocarb on the development duration and fecundity of Laodelphax striatellus and provide some reference for the correct evaluation of the role of isoprocarb in rice pest control.【Method】The indoor toxicity of isoprocarb to the 3rd instar nymphs of F0, F1,F2 and F3 generations of L. striatellus was determined by rice seedling impregnation method with ‘Huangjinqing’ rice variety and the sensitive population of L.striatellus cultured in laboratory as experimental materials.The effects of isoprocarb LC50 on the developmental duration of three successive generations and the effective egg production of four successive generations of the L.striatellus were evaluated with life table method.【Result】With the increase of feeding age,the final lethal concentration of isoprocarb against the 3rd instar nymphs increased from the LC50 of 71.142 mg/L in the F0 generation to 160.000 mg/L in the F4 generation,and the relative resistance of the hopper was 2.25.Compared with the control treatment,after treated with isoprocarb LC50,the life span of female adults in the early F1 generation and the generation span of F2 generation were significantly shortened,but the lifespan of female adult in the early stage of F3 generation was significantly extended.Compared with the control,the average number of 1st instar nymphs produced per female adult of the F0,F1,F2,and F3 generations of L.striatellus under the isoprocarb LC50 treatment increased by 23.33,81.67,131.98,and 181.62,respectively,indicating that isoprocarb had the effect of stimulating the oviposition of adult L.striatellus.With the increase of treatment algebra,the number of hatched offspring increased significantly,and the effect of stimulating oviposition was more obvious.【Conclusion】After four successive generations of screening with isoprocarb,resistance to isoprocarb was developed and the relative resistance of the hopper was 2.25.The effective medium concentration of isoprocarb increased the effective egg production of L.striatellus during secondary culture.The use of isoprocarb in chemical control of L.striatellus should be prudent.
