【目的】探讨不同氮磷添加对华山松幼苗生长和生态化学计量特征的影响,为华山松幼苗的养分管理和群落建成及可持续发展提供依据。【方法】采用室内控制盆栽试验,分别设置4个施氮处理(0,5.6,9.3和18.6 g/(m2·a))以及4个施磷处理(0,0.108 3,0.216 7和0.325 0 g/kg),对华山松幼苗进行氮、磷添加处理,研究不同氮磷处理对华山松幼苗的形态特征、生物量、叶片养分含量及生态化学计量特征的影响。【结果】 ①氮添加会显著抑制华山松幼苗的根长和比根长;氮、磷添加均显著影响了华山松幼苗的生物量,在中氮(9.3 g/(m2·a))和高磷(0.325 0 g/kg)处理下,生物量达到最大值。②氮、磷添加对华山松叶片的C、N、P含量及其生态化学计量比影响较大,低氮处理(5.6 g/(m2·a))能显著提高叶片N含量,P含量则随施氮量的增加逐渐减小;磷肥处理显著提高了叶片的C和P含量,而N含量显著降低。氮添加提高了华山松叶片的C∶N、N∶P和C∶P,而随着磷肥用量增大,N∶P和C∶P呈现下降趋势。③氮添加下华山松幼苗生物量的变化主要由叶片P含量决定,而磷添加下影响其生物量的主要是叶片C和N含量。【结论】适量的氮肥能有效调节养分平衡,缓解华山松幼苗的氮限制,促进幼苗的生长发育和生物量积累。 |

【Objective】The study investigated the effects of varying nitrogen and phosphorus additions on the growth and ecophysiological stoichiometry of Pinus armandii seedlings,thereby providing a foundation for nutrient management,community establishment,and sustainable development of Pinus armandii seedlings.【Method】The experiment was designed with 4 nitrogen addition levels (no nitrogen addition,5.6,9.3,and 18.6 g/(m2·a) ) and 4 phosphorus addition levels (no phosphorus addition,0.108 3,0.216 7,and 0.325 0 g/kg ).The impacts of different nitrogen and phosphorus treatments on the morphological characteristics,biomass,leaf nutrient content,and ecological stoichiometry of the Pinus armandii seedlings were analyzed.【Result】① Nitrogen addition significantly inhibited the root length and specific root length of Pinus armandii seedlings.Both nitrogen and phosphorus additions had significant effects on the biomass of Pinus armandii seedlings.The highest biomass was achieved under medium nitrogen (9.3 g/(m2·a)) and high phosphorus (0.325 0 g/kg) treatments.②Nitrogen and phosphorus additions had a significant impact on the C,N,P contents,and ecological stoichiometric ratios of the spruce leaves.Low nitrogen addition (5.6 g/(m2·a)) significantly increased the leaf total nitrogen content,while the total phosphorus content gradually decreased with increasing nitrogen application.Phosphorus fertilizer treatment significantly increased the leaf organic carbon and total phosphorus content,but it significantly decreased the leaf total nitrogen content.Nitrogen addition increased the leaf C∶N,N∶P,and C∶P ratios,while N∶P and C∶P ratios decreased with increasing phosphorus fertilizer concentration.③The biomass change of Pinus armandii seedlings was mainly determined by leaf P content,whereas leaf C and N content mainly affected the biomass under phosphorus addition.【Conclusion】Appropriate nitrogen fertilizer can effectively regulate nutrient balance,alleviate nitrogen limitation in Pinus armandii seedlings,and promote their growth and biomass accumulation. |
