| 【目的】探究长喙韭(Allium saxatile)果皮水浸提液对叶用莴苣(Lactuca sativa)种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用,为揭示其化感作用机制奠定基础。【方法】用长喙韭果皮凋落物制备20,40,60 mg/mL的水浸提液,以无菌水处理为对照(CK),以叶用莴苣种子为受体材料,采用培养皿滤纸法,测定种子萌发指标(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数),发芽2,4,7 d 的根系活力、α-淀粉酶活性,以及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、独脚金内酯(strigolactones,SLs)、脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)、生长素(indoleacetic acid,IAA)含量等幼苗生理指标,计算上述指标的综合化感效应指数,分析根系生长和内源激素含量之间各指标的相关性及影响化感作用的主要因素。【结果】当长喙韭果皮水浸提液质量浓度为 60 mg/mL 时,叶用莴苣种子的发芽率和根长较对照分别降低35.27%和85.02%;α-淀粉酶活性降低22.18%,发芽过程中胚根、胚轴的SLs、ABA和IAA含量存在显著差异。多因素方差分析显示,种子萌发所处阶段和长喙韭水浸提液质量浓度是影响叶用莴苣SLs、ABA和IAA含量的关键因素。叶用莴苣根系活力与胚根ABA含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),而与胚根SLs含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05);根长与胚根IAA含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),根体积与胚轴IAA含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。【结论】长喙韭果皮水浸提液处理影响了叶用莴苣胚根和胚轴的SLs、ABA和IAA内源激素含量,其化感作用发生在种子萌发和幼苗生长全过程,且对不同部位幼苗的化感效应表现不同。 |

| 【Objective】This study aimed to investigate the chemosensitizing effect of the water extract of the pericarp of Allium saxatile on the seed germination and seedling growth of Lactuca sativa so as to provide a foundation for revealing the mechanism of its chemosensitizing effect.【Method】Aqueous extracts at different mass concentration gradients of 20,40 and 60 mg/mL were prepared from the pericarp of A. saxatile pericarp dieback and the treatment with sterile water was conducted as the control.The seed germination indices (germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index),root vigor,α-amylase activity,MDA,SLs,ABA and IAA contents and other physiological indicators of seedling growth at day 2,4 and 7 were determined by the Petri dish filter paper method,with the seeds of Lactuca sativa as the receptor material.The correlation between embryonic roots and embryonic axes was analyzed,and the main factors affecting chemosensitivity were also determined.【Result】When the concentration of the extract was 60 mg/mL,the germination rate and root length were reduced by 35.27% and 85.02% compared to the control, respectively,and α-amylase activity was reduced by 22.18% compared to the control.There were significant differences in the content of strigolactones,abscisic acid,and indoleacetic acid in the embryonic roots and embryonic axes during the germination process.Multifactorial ANOVA showed that the stage of seed germination and the concentration of A. saxatile treatment solution were the key factors affecting the variation of SLs,ABA and IAA contents in L. sativa.Root vigor was positively correlated with embryonic root ABA content and negatively correlated with embryonic root SLs content,root length was positively correlated with embryonic root IAA content,and root volume was positively correlated with embryonic axis IAA content.【Conclusion】SLs,ABA and IAA endogenous hormones in the embryonic roots and embryonic axes of L. sativa were affected by the treatment of water extract from the pericarp of A. saxatile,and their chemosensory effects occurred throughout the whole process of seed germination and seedling growth.The chemosensory effects on seedlings in different parts of the plant were different. |
