| 表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯对热应激蛋鸭生产性能、蛋品质及抗氧化能力的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| 【目的】研究表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对热应激蛋鸭生产性能、蛋品质及抗氧化能力的影响。【方法】选用400日龄健康状况良好的金定鸭240只,随机分为4组(NT、HS0、HS300、HS600),每组3个重复,每个重复20只蛋鸭,预试期1周,正试期4周。NT组为对照组(环境温度(25±2) ℃),饲喂基础日粮;HS0、HS300组和HS600组为热应激组(环境温度(35±2) ℃),HS0组饲喂基础日粮,HS300和HS600组分别饲喂添加300和600 mg/kg EGCG的日粮。正试期分别测定各组蛋鸭生产性能(产蛋率、总蛋质量、平均蛋质量、料蛋比)、蛋品质(蛋黄质量、蛋壳质量、蛋黄比率、蛋形指数、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度)、肝脏及血清抗氧化指标(超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量)和肝脏抗氧化基因(SOD、HSP70、CAT、GSH-PX)表达水平。【结果】 NT组相比,HS0组蛋鸭产蛋率、总蛋质量和平均蛋质量均极显著降低,料蛋比显著升高;与HS0组相比,HS300和HS600组蛋鸭产蛋率、总蛋质量、平均蛋质量极显著提高,而料蛋比显著降低。与NT组相比,HS0组蛋鸭蛋壳质量极显著降低,蛋黄质量、蛋壳厚度均显著降低。与HS0组相比,HS300组蛋鸭蛋黄质量、蛋壳质量、蛋黄比率、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度均呈上升趋势,但无显著差异;HS600组蛋壳质量、蛋黄质量、蛋白高度、哈氏单位均显著或极显著提高。与NT组相比,HS0组蛋鸭血清SOD活性极显著降低,CAT活性显著降低,GSH-Px活性和MDA含量差异不显著。与HS0组相比,HS300组蛋鸭血清CAT活性显著提升;HS600组蛋鸭血清SOD活性极显著提高,CAT活性显著提高,GSH-Px活性无显著差异,MDA含量极显著降低。与NT组相比,HS0组蛋鸭肝脏GSH Px活性极显著降低,MDA含量极显著升高,SOD和CAT活性无显著差异。与HS0组相比,HS300组蛋鸭肝脏MDA含量极显著降低,GSH-Px活性显著升高,SOD和CAT活性无显著差异;HS600组蛋鸭肝脏GSH-Px活性极显著升高,SOD、CAT活性显著提高,MDA含量无显著差异。与NT组相比,HS0组蛋鸭肝脏SOD和CAT基因表达量极显著降低,GSH-PX基因表达量显著降低。与HS0组相比,HS300组蛋鸭肝脏SOD基因表达量极显著提高,CAT和GSH-PX基因表达量显著提高;HS600组蛋鸭肝脏SOD基因表达量极显著提高,CAT基因表达量显著提高,GSH-PX基因表达量无显著差异。【结论】饲粮中添加不同水平的EGCG可有效缓解热应激对蛋鸭生产性能、蛋品质、抗氧化能力的影响,其添加水平以600 mg/kg为宜。 |

| 【Objective】The effects of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) on production performance, egg quality and antioxidant capacity of laying ducks under heat stress were studied.【Method】A total of 240 healthy 400-day-old Jinding ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups (NT,HS0,HS300,HS600) with 3 replicates per group and 20 ducks per replicate.The pre-trial period lasted for 1 week and the trial period was 4 weeks.The NT group served as the control group (ambient temperature (25±2) ℃),and was fed with a basal diet.The HS0,HS300 and HS600 groups were heat stress groups (ambient temperature (35±2) ℃).The HS0 group was fed with the basal diet,and the HS300 and HS600 groups were fed with diets supplemented with 300 and 600 mg/kg EGCG,respectively.The production performance (laying rate,total egg weight,average egg weight,feed-to-egg ratio),egg quality (yolk weight,shell weight,yolk ratio,shape index,yolk color,shell strength, protein height,Haugh unit,shell thickness),liver and serum antioxidant indexes(superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities,malondialdehyde (MDA)content) and liver antioxidant genes (SOD,HSP70,CAT,GSH-PX) expression levels of laying ducks in each group were measured during the trial period.【Result】Compared with the NT group,the laying rate,total egg weight and average egg weight of the HS0 group were significantly decreased,and the feed-to-egg ratio was significantly increased.The laying rate,total egg weight and average egg weight of the HS300 group and HS600 group were significantly higher,while the feed-to-egg ratio was significantly lower than that of the HS0 group.Compared with the NT group,the eggshell weight,yolk weight,and shell thickness of the HS0 group were significantly reduced.Compared with the HS0 group,there was no significant difference in egg yolk weight,shell weight,yolk ratio,protein height,Haugh unit or shell thickness in the HS300 group,but there was an upward trend.The eggshell quality,yolk quality,protein height and Haugh unit of the HS600 group were significantly or extremely significantly increased.The activities of serum SOD and CAT in the HS0 group were significantly higher than those in the NT group,and the contents of GSH-Px and MDA were not significantly different.Compared with the HS0 group,the CAT activity of the HS300 group was significantly increased.In the HS600 group,the activities of SOD and CAT were significantly increased,while GSH-Px activity was not significantly different,and MDA content was significantly decreased.The activity of GSH-Px and the content of MDA of the liver were significantly decreased and there was no significant difference in the activities of SOD and CAT,when comparing the HS0 group with the NT group,and the HS300 group with the HS0 group.The activities of GSH-Px,SOD and CAT were significantly increased,while there was no significant difference in MDA content,when comparing the HS600 group with the HS0 group.The expression of SOD,CAT and GSH-PX genes in the liver was significantly decreased,when comparing the HS0 group with the NT group,and HS300 with HS0 group.Compared with the HS0 group,the expressions of SOD and CAT genes in the HS600 group were significantly increased,while the expression of GSH-PX was not significantly different.【Conclusion】The dietary supplementation of different levels of EGCG could effectively alleviate the effects of heat stress on production performance,egg quality and antioxidant capacity of laying ducks,with the appropriate supplemental level being 600 mg/kg. |
