2种高山杜鹃扦插繁殖条件的优化

摘要:
【目的】选择适合高山杜鹃扦插繁殖的条件,为高山杜鹃在园林生产中的应用及产业化发展提供技术支持。【方法】以秀雅杜鹃和美容杜鹃生长健壮、饱满无病虫害的当年生半木质化枝条为材料,设置基质类型(珍珠岩(V1),蛭石(V2),珍珠岩、蛭石、泥炭土体积比1∶1∶1(V3),蛭石、泥炭土体积比1∶1(V4),珍珠岩、泥炭土体积比1∶1(V5))、生根剂种类(清水(CK),吲哚乙酸(IBA,C1),萘乙酸(NAA,C2),NAA和IBA体积比3∶1(C3),NAA和IBA体积比3∶1+2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)(C4))、处理时间(1,2,3,4 h)、插穗类型(枝条的基端、中端和顶端)处理,研究各处理对杜鹃插穗生根率、最长根长和生根数的影响。【结果】秀雅杜鹃在珍珠岩、蛭石、泥炭土体积比为1∶1∶1的基质中生根效果最好,300 mg/L NAA和IBA体积比3∶1处理下生根率最高,达55.5%;美容杜鹃在珍珠岩、泥炭土体积比为1∶1的基质中扦插效果最佳,在200 mg/L IBA处理下插穗生根指标最好,生根率高达61.1%。2种杜鹃均以200 mg/L IBA+300 mg/L NAA处理3 h时生根效果最优,生根率均为55.6%,以枝条基端作插穗的生根效果优于中端和顶端。【结论】获得了秀雅杜鹃和美容杜鹃的扦插繁殖优化条件,生根效果好,具有一定的应用前景。

Optimization of cutting propagation of two Alpine rhododendron species

Abstract:
【Objective】This study selected suitable cutting propagation conditions for Alpine rhododendron to provide support for application and industrialization of Alpine rhododendron in garden production.【Method】The semi-lignified branches of Rhododendron concinnum and Rhododendron calophytum were selected for treatments.The matrix types included perlite (V1),vermiculite (V2),perlite,vermiculite and peat with volume ratio of 1∶1∶1 (V3),vermiculite and peat with volume ratio of 1∶1 (V4),and perlite and peat with volume ratio of 1∶1 (V5).Rooting agent types included water (CK),indoleacetic acid (IBA,C1),acetic acid (NAA,C2),NAA and IBA with volume ratio of 3∶1 (C3),and NAA and IBA with volume ratio of 3∶1+2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) (C4).The treatment time was 1,2,3,and 4 h and cutting types were base,middle and top of branches.Then,the effects of different treatments on rooting rate,rooting number and length of the longest root of Rhododendron cuttings were studied.【Result】Rhododendron concinnum had the best rooting effect in perlite,vermiculite and peat soil with volume ratio of 1∶1∶1,and the highest rooting rate was 55.5% under 300 mg/L NAA and IBA (volume ratio 3∶1) treatment.The cutting effect of Rhododendron calophytum was the best in perlite and peat with volume ratio of 1∶1,and the rooting index was the best under 200 mg/L IBA with rooting rate of 61.1%.For both Rhododendrons,the rooting rate was 55.6% when treated with 200 mg/L IBA+300 mg/L NAA for 3 h.The rooting effect of base of branches as cuttings was better than that of middle and top of branches.【Conclusion】The obtained optimal conditions for cutting propagation of Rhododendron concinnum and Rhododendron calophytum had good rooting effect and application prospects.
