凋落物输入变化对云南松林土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究凋落物输入变化对土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响,为预测全球气候变化和人类活动影响下土壤功能的改变提供科学依据。【方法】2018年1月,在云南玉溪磨盘山森林生态系统国家定位观测研究站选取云南松林作为研究对象,采用凋落物添加和去除试验(detritus input and removal treatments,DIRT),设置凋落物正常输入(对照,CK)、添加凋落物(DL)、去除凋落物(NL)、去除根系(NR)、无输入(NI)以及去除有机层和淋溶层(O/A-Less)6种不同凋落物处理。2019年3月,按0~10,10~20,20~40和40~60 cm土层分别采集土壤样品,对土壤微生物数量、酶活性和土壤理化性质进行测定与相关性分析。【结果】① 添加凋落物使表层土壤(0~20 cm)细菌、真菌、放线菌数量较对照分别增加了10.74%,8.05%和17.24%,而去除凋落物后表层土壤(0~20 cm)细菌、真菌、放线菌数量较对照则分别减少了10.74%,8.05%和6.90%。② 添加凋落物使土壤过氧化氢酶活性平均提高了12.99%,而添加、去除凋落物处理(DL、NL)和去除地下根系处理(NR、NI)的土壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶活性均降低。③ 土壤pH、全碳、全氮、碳磷比和氮磷比与土壤微生物数量和酶活性呈显著相关,而土壤全磷和碳氮比与土壤微生物数量和酶活性大多无显著相关性。【结论】从目前的研究结果来看,添加凋落物对云南松林地土壤微生物数量的增加较其他处理更有利,凋落物不同处理往往会使土壤酶活性降低。

Effects of alteration in litter inputs on soil microbial population and enzyme activity in Pinus yunnanensis forest

Abstract:
【Objective】The effects of alterations in forest litter inputs on soil microbial population and enzyme activities were analyzed to provide basis for predicting changes in soil function affected by global climate change and human activities.【Method】In January 2018,Pinus yunnanensis forest at the National Positioning Observation and Research Station of Forest Ecosystem in Yuxi Mopan Mountain,Yunnan was selected.Based on detritus input and removal treatments (DIRT),treatments of normal litter input (control,CK),double litter (DL),litter removal (NL),root removal (NR),no above/below ground litter input (NI) and removal of soil organic layer and leachate layer (O/A-Less) were set up.In March 2019,soil samples were collected in 0-10,10-20,20-40 and 40-60 cm soil layers,and soil microbial population,enzyme activity and soil physicochemical properties were measured and correlated.【Result】① Addition of litter increased numbers of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in surface soil (0-20 cm) by 10.74%,8.05% and 17.24%,respectively,while the removal of litter decreased those in surface soil (0-20 cm) by 10.74%,8.05% and 6.90%,respectively.② Addition of litter increased soil catalase activity by an average of 12.99%,while decreased soil urease,acid phosphatase,invertase,and protease activities in treatments of DL,NL,NR and NI.③ Soil pH,total carbon,total nitrogen,TC/TP and TN/TP showed significant correlation with soil microbial population and enzyme activity,while total phosphorus and TC/TN ratio mostly had no significant correlation with soil microbial population and enzyme activity.【Conclusion】The addition of litter was more beneficial to the increase of soil microbial population in P.yunnanensis forest than other treatments,and different treatments of litter tended to reduce soil enzyme activity.
