磷硒配施对小白菜生长及磷吸收的影响

摘要:
【目的】探讨磷、硒配施对小白菜生长及磷吸收的影响,为提高土壤中磷的利用率提供理论依据。【方法】采用土培盆栽试验以及两因素三水平设计,两因素分别为磷酸盐和硒酸盐,其中硒酸盐选择亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)和硒酸钠(Na2SeO4)2种,设置0,1.0,2.5 mg/kg 3个水平;磷酸盐选择磷酸氢二铵((NH4)2HPO4)和磷酸二氢铵(NH4H2PO4)2种,设置0,75,150 mg/kg 3个水平,进行完全交互设计,共36个处理,分析不同磷硒配施处理对小白菜生长、地上部和地下部磷含量以及土壤有效P含量的影响。【结果】单施磷肥时,随着磷含量的增加,小白菜的株高、根长、生物量以及小白菜地上部、地下部磷含量均增大。单施硒肥时,随着硒含量的增加,小白菜的株高、生物量总体增加,根长先降低后增加,地上部磷含量减小,地下部磷含量先降低后上升。磷硒配施处理时,相同磷水平下,随着硒含量的增加,小白菜株高、生物量均增大,地上部磷含量总体减小,地下部磷含量总体先减小后增大;施硒处理土壤的有效P含量总体均较无硒处理增大。磷硒配施处理时,相同硒含量下,随着磷含量的增加,小白菜的株高、根长、生物量以及小白菜地上部、地下部磷含量变化规律不明显,土壤有效P含量显著增加(P<0.05)。【结论】磷硒配施时,施用硒肥会增强磷对小白菜株高、生物量的促进作用,但也会抑制磷对小白菜磷吸收的促进作用,促进土壤中磷的释放,提高土壤有效P含量。

Effects of combined application of phosphorus and selenium on growth and phosphorus absorption of pakchoi

Abstract:
【Objective】This study explored the effects of different phosphorus and selenium application combinations on the growth and phosphorus absorption of pakchoi to provide basis for improving utilization rate of phosphorus in soil.【Method】This experiment adopted the method of soil pot experiment with two selenates,Na2SeO3 and Na2SeO4,at 3 levels of 0,1.0 and 2.5 mg/kg and two phosphates,(NH4)2HPO4 and NH4H2PO4,at 3 levels of 0,75 and 150 mg/kg.A total of 36 treatments were used to analyze the effects on the growth of pakchoi,phosphorus contents and soil available P content.【Result】Single application of phosphorus significantly promoted plant height,root length,biomass and phosphorus contents in shoot and root of pakchoi.With the increase of selenium content,plant height and biomass of pakchoi increased,root length decreased first and then increased,phosphorus content in aboveground decreased,while phosphorus content in underground decreased first and then increased.With combined application of phosphorus and selenium at constant phosphorus level,plant height and biomass of pakchoi were increased with the increase of selenate content.P content in shoot decreased,while P content in root decreased first and then increased.Available P content of soil under Se application increased compared with that without Se.Under same selenate level,with the increase of P content,plant height,root length,biomass and P content in shoot and root of pakchoi changed insignificantly,while soil available P content was significantly increased (P<0.05).【Conclusion】With combined application of phosphorus and selenium,selenium fertilizer enhanced the promoting effect of phosphorus on plant height and biomass of pakchoi,inhibited the promoting effect of phosphorus on phosphorus absorption of pakchoi,promoted the release of phosphorus in soil,and increased soil available P content.
