内充式三七精密排种器的设计

摘要:
【目的】设计一种内充式三七精密排种器,为实现三七播种机械化提供支持。【方法】利用冲突解决原理对排种器关键部件进行设计,通过对排种器运动过程分析、理论计算和数值模拟,确定主要结构参数;利用EDEM离散元仿真软件,对排种器转速、导种槽倾角、凸包分布和种层高度进行单因素仿真试验,进一步确定各因素取值范围;以排种盘转速、导种槽倾角和种层高度为因素,以单粒率、漏充率和重充率为指标,进行二次回归正交旋转组合仿真试验,对排种器工作性能进行优化,并通过台架试验进行验证。【结果】影响单粒率的主次顺序为排种盘转速、种层高度和导种槽倾角;当排种盘转速为31.1~37.8 r/min,种层高度为46.6~58.2 mm,导种槽倾角为43.0°时,单粒率大于96.00%,漏充率小于2.50%;3组9次台架验证试验表明,排种器的充种单粒率平均值分别为96.67%,96.67%和96.33%,漏充率平均值分别为2.00%,2.33%和2.33%,重充率平均值分别为1.33%,1.00%和1.33%,台架验证试验结果与仿真试验结果一致。【结论】设计了内充式三七精密排种器,该排种器能满足三七播种的农艺要求。

Abstract:
【Objective】A precise seed metering device of Panax notoginseng with internal filling was designed to provide support for understanding mechanization of Panax notoginseng sowing.【Method】The key components of seed metering device were designed by using the conflict resolution principle.The main structure parameters were determined by analyzing movement process,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.By using EDEM discrete element simulation software,single factor simulation tests were carried out on the rotation speed of seed metering device,inclination angle of seed guide groove,convex hull distribution and seed layer height to further determine ranges of factors.To optimize the working performance of the seed metering device,the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination simulation test was conducted using rotation speed of the seed metering disk,inclination angle of the seed guide groove and height of the seed layer as factors and using single grain rate,leakage rate and recharge rate as indexes.Bench test was also used to verify the optimization results.【Result】The factors affecting single grain rate were in the decreasing order of rotation speed of seed metering disc,height of seed layer and inclination angle of seed guide groove.When the rotation speed of seed metering disc was 31.1-37.8 r/min,the height of seed layer was 46.6-58.2 mm and the inclination angle of seed guide groove was 43.0°,the single particle rate was greater than 96.00% and the leakage rate was less than 2.50%.Three groups of nine bench verification tests showed that the average filling rates of single seed were 96.67%,96.67% and 96.33%,the average leakage rates were 2.00%,2.33% and 2.33%,and the average recharging rates were 1.33%,1.00% and 1.33%,respectively.The results of bench test and simulation test were consistent.【Conclusion】The precise seed metering device of Panax notoginseng with internal filling was designed,which can meet the agronomic requirements of Panax notoginseng sowing.
