| 【目的】筛选单叶蔷薇bZIP转录因子家族的成员,并研究其结构特点、共线性以及在不同器官中的表达模式,为进一步揭示该家族在单叶蔷薇生长发育及抗逆响应中的作用奠定基础。【方法】以采自新疆的单叶蔷薇叶片为试验材料,采用生物信息学方法,对单叶蔷薇全基因组和转录组信息进行分析,包括理化性质、系统发育、基因结构、保守结构域、染色体位置、共线性和启动子分析,以及在根、茎、叶、花、果实中的表达模式。【结果】从单叶蔷薇全基因组中共鉴定出50个单叶蔷薇bZIP转录因子家族成员,其蛋白质长度为149~700个氨基酸,分子质量为17.14~75.47 ku,等电点4.42~10.72,其中49个成员位于细胞核上。根据拟南芥bZIP转录因子家族的分类,将单叶蔷薇bZIP转录因子家族分为12亚族(A-K和S亚族),其中包括1对串联重复和7对片段重复;单叶蔷薇bZIP多含有1~15个与非生物胁迫有关的顺式作用元件。单叶蔷薇bZIP转录因子家族基因在不同器官中均有表达,各成员的表达量存在差异,其中Rbe013649在花中特异性表达,Rbe006639、Rbe028637在根中特异性表达,Rbe004215、Rbe028400、Rbe002636、Rbe002635在果实中特异性表达,Rbe011331在叶片中特异性表达。【结论】单叶蔷薇bZIP转录因子家族基因可能广泛参与各器官生长发育,其中Rbe013649可能调控花青素的合成,Rbe006639可能在抗旱过程中起重要作用。 |

| 【Objective】The research analyzed the members and structural features of basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factor family in Rosa persica and the expression levels in different organs to provide basis for revealing the functions of bZIP transcription factor family in the growth and development of R. persica and in response to stress.【Method】The leaves of R. persica were collected from Xinjiang and bioinformatics approach was used to analyze the whole genome and transcriptome information of R. persica,including the analysis of physicochemical properties,phylogenetic evolution,gene structure,conserved domains,gene location,collinearity,promoters,and expression patterns in roots,stems,leaves,flowers and fruits.【Result】A total of 50 bZIPs were identified in R. persica,49 of which were located in nucleus.The molecular weights ranged from 17.14-75.47 ku with proteins lengths of 149-700 amino acids and isoelectric points of 4.42-10.72.According to the classification of bZIP transcription factor family in Arabidopsis thaliana,bZIPs from R. persica were divided into 12 subgroups (A-K and S).The promoter regions of some bZIPs contained 1-15 elements related to stress response.Collinearity analysis indicated that 1 and 7 pairs of bZIPs were due to tandem and segmental duplications,respectively.bZIPs were expressed in different organs at different levels.Rbe013649 was highly expressed in flower,Rbe006639 and Rbe028637 were highly expressed in root,and Rbe004215,Rbe028400,Rbe002636 and Rbe002635 were highly expressed in fruit,Rbe011331 was highly expressed in leave.【Conclusion】bZIPs may be involved in growth and development of various organs in R. persica,in which Rbe013649 might regulate anthocyanin synthesis and Rbe006639 is likely to be involved in drought stress. |
