| 【目的】研究沙蒿生物质炭单施或与有机物料配施对沙蒿林土壤化学性质和综合肥力的影响,以期为农林废弃物的资源化利用和沙蒿林土壤培肥提供理论依据。【方法】通过室内培育试验,以不施用任何物料沙土为对照(CK),分析施用沙蒿生物质炭(T1)、羊粪(T2)、沙蒿粉(T3)、沙蒿生物质炭+羊粪(T4)和沙蒿生物质炭+沙蒿粉(T5)培养60和150 d后对瘠薄沙土有机质和氮、磷、钾养分含量的影响,并通过模糊数学法计算不同处理土壤的肥力综合指数(IFI),对土壤改良效果进行综合评价。【结果】与对照相比,T1~T5处理均能显著提高沙土的有机质和氮、磷、钾含量(P<0.05),其中T5、T4、T1处理的有机质和氮、磷、钾含量均明显高于其他处理。与培养60 d相比,培养150 d时不同处理沙土的有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾含量并未发生显著变化,但是碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量均明显增加。当培养60 d时,各处理的IFI值由高到低的顺序依次为T5>T4>T1>T2>T3>CK;当培养150 d时,IFI由高到低的顺序依次为T4>T5>T1>T2>T3>CK,各处理间差异均达显著水平(P<0.05)。【结论】沙蒿生物质炭单施或与羊粪、沙蒿粉配施均能明显提高沙土有机质和氮、磷、钾元素含量及IFI,其中沙蒿生物质炭与羊粪配施是提高沙蒿林土壤综合肥力的最优处理。 |

| 【Objective】The effects of artemisia ordosica biochar singly applied or combined with organic matter on soil chemical properties and comprehensive fertility in artemisia ordosica forest were analyzed to provide basis for utilization of agricultural and forestry wastes and improving soil fertility.【Method】Through a laboratory incubation experiment and using sandy soil without material application as control (CK),the effects of artemisia ordosica biochar (T1),sheep droppings (T2),artemisia ordosica powder (T3),artemisia ordosica biochar + sheep droppings(T4) and artemisia ordosica biochar + artemisia ordosica powder (T5) after 60 d and 150 d on organic material and NPK nutrient contents of barren sandy soil were analyzed.The IFI of soil in different treatments was calculated by fuzzy mathematics method and the improvement effect was evaluated comprehensively.【Result】Compared to the CK,soil organic matter and total NPK of T1-T5 treatments were significantly increased (P<0.05).Contents of organic matter and NPK in T5,T4 and T1 treatments were significantly higher than those in other treatments.Compared to 60 days,contents of organic matter and total NPK in sand with 150 days treatments changed insignificantly,while contents of available N,P and K increased significantly.The IFI values of treatments were in the order of T5>T4>T1>T2>T3>CK for 60 days and T4>T5>T1>T2>T3>CK for 150 days,with significant differences between treatments (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Contents of organic matter,NPK and IFI in sandy soil can be significantly increased by single application of biochar or combined with sheep manure and artemisia ordosica powder.The combination of artemisia ordosica biochar and sheep manure was the optimal treatment to improve comprehensive soil fertility under artemisia ordosica forest. |
