粉煤灰和矿渣双掺混凝土弹性模量及抗渗性研究

摘要:
【目的】分析粉煤灰、矿渣双掺混凝土的强度和抗渗性能,为渠道衬砌用混凝土的设计提供参考。【方法】以用于渠道衬砌的混凝土为研究对象,采用二次通用旋转组合设计,分析粉煤灰掺量(0,88,300,512和600 g/kg)和矿渣掺量(0,44,150,256和300 g/kg)对渠道衬砌用混凝土28 d弹性模量及抗渗性能的影响规律。【结果】粉煤灰对渠道衬砌用混凝土的弹性模量及抗渗性能的影响大于矿渣。随着粉煤灰和矿渣掺量的增加,渠道衬砌用混凝土的弹性模量先增大后减小,弹性模量大于2.97×104 MPa时的粉煤灰掺量为50~210 g/kg、矿渣掺量为200~270 g/kg,粉煤灰掺量为0、矿渣掺量为300 g/kg时,弹性模量取得最大值3.80×104 MPa;随着粉煤灰和矿渣掺量的增加,渠道衬砌用混凝土的相对渗透系数先减小后增大,相对渗透系数小于1.12×10-8 cm/s时,粉煤灰掺量为90~310 g/kg、矿渣掺量为100~210 g/kg,粉煤灰掺量为180 g/kg、矿渣掺量为150 g/kg时抗渗性最好,相对渗透系数值最小为0.77×10-8 cm/s。【结论】粉煤灰和矿渣复掺可以提高渠道衬砌混凝土的弹性模量和抗渗性能,且在大掺量下能满足经济性要求。

Abstract:
【Objective】The strength and impermeability of fly ash and slag mixed with concrete were analyzed to provide reference for the design of channel lining concrete.【Method】The influence of fly ash content (0,88,300,512 and 600 g/kg) and slag content (0,44,150,256 and 300 g/kg) on the 28 d elastic modulus and anti permeability performance of canal lining concrete was analyzed.【Result】The influence of fly ash on elastic modulus and impermeability of concrete lining of canal was greater than that of slag.With the increase of fly ash and slag contents,the elastic modulus of concrete for canal lining first increased followed by decrease.The elastic modulus was greater than 2.97×104 MPa when the fly ash content was 50-210 g/kg and the slag content was 200-270 g/kg.When the fly ash content was 0 and the slag content was 300 g/kg,the elastic modulus reached the maximum value of 3.80×104 MPa.With the increase of fly ash and slag contents,the relative permeability coefficient first decreased and then increased.The relative permeability coefficient was less than 1.12×10-8 cm/s when the fly ash content was 90-310 g/kg and the slag content was 100-210 g/kg.When the fly ash content was 180 g/kg and slag content was 150 g/kg,concrete had the best impermeability and the minimum relative permeability coefficient was 0.77×10-8 cm/s.【Conclusion】 The mixture of fly ash and slag can improve the elastic modulus and impermeability of the canal lining concrete and meet the economic requirements under large dosage.
