水工钢闸门圆孔蜂窝主梁强度及刚度简明计算

摘要:
【目的】建立一套圆孔蜂窝梁强度及刚度(挠度)的简明计算公式,以解决现行蜂窝梁设计方法过于繁琐和误差较大的问题。【方法】采用有限元法建立了变化开孔布置及截面特性的126个等径圆孔和120个变径圆孔蜂窝梁模型,探讨了圆孔蜂窝梁的正应力、剪应力、米塞斯应力及挠度的分布规律,分析了其破坏机理,并以铁木辛柯深梁弯曲理论的实腹梁应力和挠度计算公式为基础,在对有限元计算结果进行回归分析基础上提出了圆孔蜂窝梁控制应力和变形的计算公式。【结果】圆孔蜂窝梁的强度破坏最可能发生在边孔上边缘、次边孔上边缘和跨中附近3个位置,最不利位置可根据边孔与次边孔的孔径比和孔径与梁高之比判定。经回归分析,得到一组以开孔前后截面惯性比、边跨比、径高比、开孔率和翼缘与腹板有效面积比为参数的半理论半经验的圆孔蜂窝梁强度及刚度简捷计算公式,该公式在工程允许范围内的最大误差不超过5%。【结论】所提出的圆孔蜂窝梁控制应力和刚度的计算公式误差小、形式简单、适用范围广,是一套简捷实用的圆孔蜂窝梁强度及刚度计算公式。

Simplified calculation of strength and stiffness of circular castellated beam used in steel gate

Abstract:
【Objective】This study established a set of concise calculation formulas for circular castellated beams to solve the problem of complexity and low accuracy in current design methods.【Method】The finite element method was used to establish 126 same-aperture and 120 variable-aperture circular castellated beam models by changing section characteristics and arrangement of holes.The distribution regularities of normal stress,shear stress,Mises stress and deflection of circular castellated beam were discussed,and the failure mechanism was analyzed.Based on Timoshenko’s bending theory of deep beam,the regression analysis on the results of the finite element calculation was carried out and the formulas to calculate the control stress and stiffness of circular castellated beam were established.【Result】The strength failure of circular castellated beam was most likely to occur in the upper edge of side hole,the upper edge of the second hole,and the middle span.The most unfavorable position can be determined according to the aperture ratio and the ratio of aperture to beam height.A set of semi empirical formulas for calculating the strength and stiffness of circular castellated beam were obtained by regression analysis.The maximum error of these formulas within the permitted scope of the project was no more than 5%.【Conclusion】The formula established in this study had small error,concise form and wide range of application,which is simple and practical for calculating strength and stiffness of circular castellated beams.
