模拟胃环境下柚子黄皮纤维素对Pb2+的吸附性能

摘要:
【目的】研究柚子黄皮纤维素在模拟人体胃环境下对Pb2+的吸附效果,为开发廉价的功能性排铅产品提供理论参考。【方法】以柚子黄皮为原料,提取柚子黄皮纤维素,在模拟人体胃环境下,以Pb2+吸附量和去除率为考察指标,分析人工胃液pH、吸附时间、柚子黄皮纤维素添加量、Pb2+初始质量浓度对Pb2+吸附效果的影响,探索最佳的吸附条件,并研究柚子黄皮纤维素对Pb2+的吸附平衡及吸附动力学特性,通过红外光谱分析柚子黄皮纤维素与Pb2+作用的基团。【结果】柚子黄皮纤维素对Pb2+的最佳吸附条件为:柚子黄皮纤维素添加量1.0 g/L,Pb2+初始质量浓度20 mg/L,胃液pH为5,吸附240 min达到吸附平衡,在此条件下Pb2+的最大吸附量为(0.662±0.013) mg/g,去除率为(94.83±0.705)%;用准二级动力学模型可以较好地拟合柚子黄皮纤维素的吸附过程,表明其对Pb2+的吸附以化学吸附为主。红外光谱分析表明,-OH是影响柚子黄皮纤维素吸附Pb2+的主要基团。【结论】柚子黄皮纤维素对Pb2+具有一定的吸附作用,可用来开发人体排铅产品。

Adsorption of Pb2+ by yellow pomelo peel cellulose in simulated human stomach environment

Abstract:
【Objective】The adsorption of Pb2+ on yellow pomelo peel cellulose was studied in simulated human gastric environment to provide reference for developing cheap and functional lead removing products.【Method】Cellulose was extracted from yellow pomelo peel.Using Pb2+ adsorbing capacity and removal rate as indicators,the effects of pH of the gastric environment,adsorption time,adsorbent dosage and initial concentration of Pb2+,on Pb2+ adsorption capacity of yellow pomelo peel cellulose were analyzed in simulated human gastric environment.Adsorption equilibrium and kinetics were also investigated,and the functional groups bonding with Pb2+ on yellow pomelo peel cellulose were characterized using an infrared spectrometer.【Result】The optimal adsorption conditions were adsorbent dosage of yellow pomelo peel cellulose 1.0 g/L,Pb2+ initial concentration 20 mg/L,pH of gastric juice 5 and time to adsorption equilibrium 240 minutes.The maximum adsorption capacity of Pb2+ was (0.662±0.013) mg/g,and the removal rate was (94.83±0.705)% under these conditions.The pseudo-second-order kinetics model fitted well with the adsorption process,suggesting that the main process was chemical adsorption.The infrared spectrum indicated that -OH was the main group of yellow pomelo peel cellulose for adsorbing Pb2+.【Conclusion】Yellow pomelo peel cellulose had certain adsorption effects on Pb2+,and can be used to remove Pb2+ from human body.
