| 【目的】探究硝普钠(SNP,NO供体)预浸种对肉桂酸(CA)处理黄瓜和黑籽南瓜根系生长及根边缘细胞(BCs)生物学特性的影响。【方法】研究不同浓度(0,50,100,200和400 μmol/L)的SNP溶液浸种对250 μmol/L CA处理黄瓜和黑籽南瓜根长、根系活力及根BCs的数目、存活率及黏胶层厚度的影响。【结果】CA单独处理降低了黄瓜根系长度、BCs数目及其存活率,增加了BCs的黏胶层厚度,但对根系活力影响不显著。50和100 μmol/L的SNP能够缓解CA对黄瓜根系长度、BCs数目与存活率的抑制作用,100 μmol/L SNP还降低了黄瓜BCs的黏胶层厚度;200和400 μmol/L的SNP提高了CA对根长、BCs数目与存活率的抑制作用,并引起BCs黏胶层厚度进一步增加。CA单独处理对黑籽南瓜幼苗根长与根系活力影响不大,但降低了BCs数目与存活率,增加了BCs黏胶层厚度。50和100 μmol/L的SNP能够提高CA处理下黑籽南瓜BCs数目与存活率,而BCs黏胶层厚度变化不明显;400 μmol/L SNP抑制了黑籽南瓜根系生长,降低了BCs的数目与存活率,但对BCs黏胶层厚度与根系活力影响不明显。【结论】50与100 μmol/L SNP溶液浸种均能在一定程度上缓解CA对黄瓜的胁迫作用,以100 μmol/L SNP为好;CA对黑籽南瓜胁迫程度较小,SNP对黑籽南瓜受CA胁迫程度的缓解作用也远小于黄瓜。 |

| Effects of sodium nitroprusside on root physiological characteristics in cucumber and figleaf gourd seedlings under CA treatment |

| 【Objective】The experiment was carried out to study the effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) on root growth and border cell (BCs) biological characteristics of cucumber and figleaf gourd seedlings under cinnamic acid (CA) treatment.【Method】The root length,activity,number,viability and mucilage thickness of BCs in cucumber and figleaf gourd soaked with SNP at different concentrations (0,50,100,200 and 400 μmol/L) under CA (250 μmol/L) treatment were explored.【Result】Root length,number and viabilities of BCs in cucumber treated with CA decreased,mucilage thickness of BCs increased,and root activities had no significant change.SNP soaking with concentrations of 50 and 100 μmol/L alleviated inhibition of CA on root length,number and viability of BCs in cucumber,and 100 μmol/L SNP also decreased mucilage thickness of BCs.SNP soaking at concentrations of 200 and 400 μmol/L enhanced the inhibitory effect of CA on root length,number and viability of BCs in cucumber,and further increased mucilage thickness of BCs.In figleaf gourd plants,CA treatment had slight effects on root length and activity,decreased number and viability of BCs and increased mucilage thickness of BCs.SNP soaking with concentrations of 50 and 100 μmol/L increased number and viability of BCs.SNP soaking with concentration of 400 μmol/L decreased root length,number and viability of BCs.【Conclusion】SNP presoaking at concentrations of 50 to 100 μmol/L alleviated the effects of CA on cucumber and 100 μmol/L was better.CA insignificantly inhibited growth of figleaf gourd,and the alleviation by SNP was less. |
