西藏慈巴沟自然保护区苔藓植物种类及其生活型的初步研究

摘要:
【目的】对西藏慈巴沟国家级自然保护区内苔藓植物及其生活型进行初步调查,为后期慈巴沟自然资源的保护与开发提供参考。【方法】2016年7月,从慈巴沟国家级自然保护区入口开始至核心区,每隔2 km设置1个10 m×10 m的样地进行调查,共20个样地,每个样地又设置16个小样方,合计320个小样方,调查样方中所有苔藓植物的种类、生活型和生长基质,并采集样地内所有苔藓植物带回实验室鉴定到种。【结果】在研究区共采集984份标本,经鉴定该区有苔藓植物29科85属166种。优势科以青藓科(Brachytheciaceae)、曲尾藓科(Dicranaceae)和丛藓科(Pottiaceae)种类最为丰富,分别占慈巴沟苔藓植物总种数的15.06%,9.03%和8.43%。优势属分别是青藓属(Brachythecium)、匐灯藓属(Plagiomnium)和棉藓属(Plagiothecium),这3个优势属合计包括26个种,占慈巴沟苔藓植物总种数的15.66%。保护区内苔藓植物的生活型以丛集型和平铺型为主,生长基质以土生和土石混生居多。【结论】慈巴沟国家级自然保护区内苔藓植物种类丰富,这与其特殊的生态环境有关。

A preliminary study on composition and life form of bryophytes in Cibagou National Nature Reserve of Tibet,China

Abstract:
【Objective】This paper studied the composition and life form of bryophytes in Cibagou National Nature Reserve to provide basis for pretection and development of natural resources.【Method】In July 2016,a total of 20 sample plots with the size of 10 m×10 m were setup from the entrance to the core area of the reserve and 16 subplots were set in each plot with the total of 320 subplots.The species,life form and growth matrix in each pot were recorded,and all bryophytes in each plot were collected and identified in laboratory.【Result】A total of 984 specimen were collected and the 166 identified species belonged to 85 genera of 29 families.The dominant families were Brachytheciaceae,Dicranaceae and Pottiaceae,accounting for 15.06%,9.03% and 8.43% of total bryophytes.Brachythecium,Plagiomnium and Plagiothecium were the three dominant genera with species of 26,accounting for 15.66% of total species.Turfs and Mat were the main life forms of bryophytes,and bryophytes were mostly mixed with soil and soil-rock mixture.【Conclusion】The species of bryophytes was rich in Cibagou National Nature Reserve and it was closely related with the special ecosystems.
