| 【目的】明确阴香内生细菌YXG2-3的抑菌活性与菌株分类地位,并确定其适宜的培养条件。【方法】采用平板对峙法、菌丝干重法和孢子萌发法,测定YXG2-3对多种热带植物病原真菌(橡胶基腐病菌(Fusarium venfricosum)、香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.)、香蕉炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum musae)、芒果炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporiordes)、橡胶炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum acutatum)、芒果蒂腐病菌(Botryodiplodia theobromae)、水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、橡胶黑团孢病菌(Periconia heveae)、橡胶落叶棒孢霉病菌(Corynespora cassiicola)、椰子灰斑病菌(Pestalotia palmarum))的抑菌活性;通过观察形态特征,测定其生理生化特性,采用16S rDNA序列对菌株进行分类地位鉴定;通过优化菌株生长碳源、氮源、pH和培养温度,确定菌株适宜生长条件;采用浸果法测定YXG2-3发酵液滤液对香蕉炭疽病害的防效。【结果】YXG2-3对10种供试靶标菌的皿内抑菌活性均大于50%,能够有效控制供试靶标菌菌丝干质量的增加;经鉴定,该菌株为荧光假单胞杆菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens),适宜生长的碳、氮源分别为麦芽糖和酵母膏,pH为7.0,温度为33 ℃。香蕉果实经YXG2-3发酵液滤液处理后,香蕉炭疽病得到有效控制,防效66.22%,与对照药剂咪鲜胺(250 μg/mL)相当。【结论】YXG2-3抑菌谱广,具有良好的应用开发前景。 |

| 【Objective】The antibacterial activities and classification of endophytic bacteria YXG2-3 were determined and its optimal growth conditions were obtained.【Method】The antibacterial activities of YXG2-3 were tested against tropical plant pathogens (Fusarium venfricosum,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.,Colletotrichum musae,Colletotrichum gloeosporiordes,Colletotrichum acutatum,Botryodiplodia theobromae,Rhizoctonia solani,Periconia heveae,Corynespora cassiicola,and Pestalotia palmarum)by plate confrontation method,mycelial dry weight method and spore germination method.The strain was identified through morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics and the 16S rDNA sequence.The optimal growth conditions including carbon source,nitrogen source,pH and culture temperature were determined.Soaking fruit method was used to test the control effect of YXG2-3 fermentation broth against C.musae.【Result】The antibacterial activities of YXG2-3 were >50% against all targeted bacteria and the strain effectively limited the increase of hyphae dry weight.The strain was identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens,and optimal conditions were maltose as carbon source,yeast extract as nitrogen source,pH 7.0,and temperature 33 ℃.Colletotrichum musae was effectively controlled by YXG2-3 fermentation broth with effectiveness of 66.22%,which was equivalent to 250 μg/mL prochloraz.【Conclusion】YXG2-3 antibacterial showed broad antibacterial activities and good application prospects. |
