面向用水量考核管理的多级主题嵌套模式研究

摘要:
【目的】研究基于多级主题嵌套模式的区域用水总量考核管理方法及系统应用,为实现区域用水总量考核工作的系统化和流程化管理提供支撑。【方法】以区域用水总量考核为研究对象,从服务对象层面和业务应用层面入手,以综合集成平台为工具,对面向用水量考核管理的多级主题嵌套模式进行系统介绍和应用。【结果】基于现有的用水量考核方法,考虑区域用水总量的时变性,采用“组件+知识图”的信息化手段,将用水量考核相关的模型、方法及流程进行组件式封装,以结构化的方式快速、灵活地搭建出多级主题嵌套模式下的用水量考核管理系统。实例分析表明,该系统可将用水量考核业务流程化,能够对新疆兵团第十三师“师-团-连”三级区域用水量分层逐级地进行嵌套式考核,可进行时间尺度动态调整下的用水量考核管理,能够从不同角度可视化展示用水量考核结果,提高了用水量考核管理工作效率。【结论】面向用水量考核管理的多级主题嵌套模式具有可操作性、高效性、实用性,可为落实用水量考核管理提供支撑。

Multi-level thematic nested model for water consumption assessment management

Abstract:
【Objective】This paper studied the management and system application of regional water consumption assessment based on multi-level thematic nested model to provide support for systematic and process management.【Method】Taking assessment of regional water consumption as the research object,the multi-level thematic nested model for management of water consumption assessment was introduced from service object,business application and integration platform.【Result】Through knowledge graph and component technology that encapsulated the calculation method and model as input and output components,a multi-level thematic nested model for water consumption assessment management was established.The system could not only be used to assess and manage the water consumption of administrative regions at all levels,but also to evaluate it under dynamic time scale.It improved the efficiency of water consumption assessment.【Conclusion】The established multi-level thematic nested model for water consumption assessment management is feasible,efficient practical,and could provide support for the water consumption assessment management.
