不同花色一串红品种观赏性状的相关性及聚类分析

摘要:
【目的】研究不同一串红品种的主要观赏性状,为一串红育种提供指导。【方法】以自育的3个一串红品种(‘奥运圣火’、‘奇迹’、‘世纪红’)和11个国外一串红品种(‘塞兹勒鲑红’、‘展望红白双色’、‘太阳神’、‘菲丝树莓’、‘塞兹勒酒红’、‘蓝带’、‘展望红’、‘塞兹勒酒红晨光’、‘展望淡紫’、‘展望紫’、‘展望玫红’)为材料,测定了14个不同花色的一串红品种的11个观赏性状,并分析这11个观赏性状的相关性,然后对14个一串红品种进行聚类分析。【结果】不同花色-串红品种11个观赏性状中,叶片宽、冠幅、分枝数和株高变异系数均较大,分别为35.6%,20.9%,16.4%和15.1%;花序节间长度、叶片长、花萼直径、花序轴长度、花冠直径变异系数次之,分别为14.3%,12.9%,12.8%,12.1%,11.4%,变异较大;花冠长、花萼长的变异系数均较小,分别为9.0%和8.7%。株高与冠幅、分枝数,冠幅与分枝数、叶片长、叶片宽,分枝数与叶片长、叶片宽,花萼长与花萼直径、花冠长,花序轴长度与花序节间长度,花冠长与花冠直径,叶片长与叶片宽均呈极显著正相关;冠幅与花冠长呈显著正相关;冠幅与花序轴长度、花萼直径,花序节间长度与叶片宽,叶片长与花萼直径,花序轴长度与叶片宽均呈极显著负相关。在类间距离(D2)=9.3水平下,14个一串红品种可以分为国外品种和国产品种2个大类,在D2=6.3处又可以进一步分为4个群。【结论】对不同花色一串红品种主要观赏性状的变异性、相关性及聚类进行分析,有助于育种者了解材料的突出性状、确定育种方法、对材料进行归类,以利于一串红多花色育种亲本选择和后代选择。

Correlation and cluster analysis of ornamental characters of Salvia splendens cultivars with different colors

Abstract:
【Objective】The study investigated the main ornamental characters of different Salvia splendens cultivars to provide guidance for breeding.【Method】The materials contained 3 domestic varieties including Olympic flame,Qiji and Shijihong,and 11 foreign varieties including Sizzler salmon,Vista red white,Sahara red,Fizz raspberry,Sizzler burgundy,Blue band,Vista red,Sizzler burgundy halo,Vista lavender,Vista purple and Vista rose.A total of 11 ornamental characters were measured and the correlations were analyzed.Cluster analysis was also conducted.【Result】The aberrance coefficients of leaf width,crown diameter,number of branch and plant height were as large as 35.6%,20.9%,16.4%,and 15.1%,respectively.The aberrance coefficients of flower internodes,leaf length,calyx diameter,inflorescence length,corolla diameter were 14.3%,12.9%,12.8%,12.1%,and 11.4%,respectively.The aberrance coefficients of corolla length (9.0%) and calyx length (8.7%) were small.The plant height had significant positive correlations with crown diameter and number of branch.The crown diameter had significant positive correlations with number of branch,leaf length and leaf width.The number of branch had significant positive correlations with leaf length and leaf width.The calyx length had significant positive correlations with calyx diameter and corolla length.There were significant positive correlations between inflorescence length and flower internodes,and between corolla length with corolla and diameter.The leaf length had a significant positive correlation with leaf width.The crown diameter had positive correlation with corolla length and had significant negative correlations with inflorescence length and calyx diameter.There were negative correlations between inflorescence length and leaf width,between leaf length and calyx diameter,and between flower internodes and leaf width.The 14 accessions could be classified into two groups as foreign varieties and domestic varieties with D2 of 9.3 and further divided into 4 groups with D2 of 6.3.【Conclusion】The results can help breeders to understand prominent properties of materials,to determine breeding methods,to classify materials and to provide guidance for breeding and individual selection.
