宁夏地区枸杞蚜虫抗药性测定

摘要:
【目的】明确宁夏地区枸杞蚜虫田间种群对生产中大量、普遍使用的4种类型6种杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为枸杞蚜虫抗性治理和田间有效防治提供依据。【方法】采用浸虫浸叶法,测定银川(园林场、镇北堡、南梁)、中宁(舟塔、大战场、新堡)、固原(黑城、三营)三大枸杞主产区8个地区枸杞蚜虫田间种群,对有机磷类的毒死蜱和三唑磷、氨基甲酸酯类的丁硫克百威、拟除虫菊酯类的高效氯氰菊酯、新烟碱类的吡虫啉和啶虫脒6种常用杀虫剂的敏感性。【结果】采自8个地区的枸杞蚜虫种群均对高效氯氰菊酯产生极高水平抗性,抗性倍数达2 539.7~31 916.0;对吡虫啉产生高-极高水平抗性,抗性倍数达48.2~388.3;对啶虫脒产生中-极高水平抗性,抗性倍数达27.2~274.9;除镇北堡枸杞蚜虫种群对丁硫克百威抗性倍数为1.5,表现为敏感外,其他地区枸杞蚜虫种群均对丁硫克百威、毒死蜱、三唑磷产生低-高水平抗性,抗性倍数达6.9~104.0。【结论】宁夏三大枸杞主产区枸杞蚜虫对6种常用杀虫剂的总体抗性水平表现为固原地区>中宁地区>银川地区。8个地区应停止使用已产生高-极高水平抗性的药剂高效氯氰菊酯和吡虫啉,减少已产生中等水平抗性药剂的使用次数,敏感-低水平抗性药剂可正常使用。

Resistance of wolfberry aphid in Ningxia

Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigated the resistance of Chinese wolfberry aphid to six insecticides belonging to four types that were widely used in Ningxia to provide basis for effective management of wolfberry aphid in field.【Method】The insect and leaf immersion method was used to test the sensitivities of wolfberry aphid field populations in Yuanlinchang,Zhenbeipu,Nanliang of Yinchuan,Zhouta,Dazhangchang,Xinpu of Zhongning,and Heicheng,Sanying of Guyuan to insecticides including chlorpyrifos,triazophos,carbosulfan,beta-cypermethrin,imidacloprid,and acetamiprid in laboratory.【Result】Among the tested field populations,all populations had very high resistance to beta-cypermethrin with resistance ratios of 2 539.7-31 916.0 high resistance to imidacloprid with resistance ratios of 48.2-388.3,and moderate to very high resistance to acetamiprid with resistance ratios of 27.2-274.9.Zhenbeipu populations had resistance ratio 1.5 to carbosulfan,while other populations had low to very high resistance to carbosulfan,chlorpyrifos and triazophos with resistance ratios of 6.9-104.0.【Conclusion】The overall resistances were in the order of Guyuan populations>Zhongning populations>Yinchuan populations.Applying these insecticides for controlling wolfberry aphid in these regions should be discontinued.The use of insecticides, to which wolfberry aphid populations had developed moderate levels of resistance,should be reduced.The insecticides remained susceptible or with low resistance can be used to manage wolfberry aphid populations.
