| 猪精液保存在科学理论研究和经济生产实际中都具有重要的意义。文章就国内外有关猪精液保存、精子代谢、精子冷冻过程中的表观遗传调控等研究进展进行了综述，并对猪精液保存的前沿发展与研究方向进行了展望，以期为进一步提高猪精液保存的品质，发挥良种优势提供理论依据。 |

| The preservation of boar semen is of great significance in scientific research and economic production.In this study,boar semen preservation methods,sperm metabolism,and epigenetic regulation of sperm cryopreservation were reviewed，and the future development was prospected.This study would benefit the improvement of boar semen quality after preservation and manufacturing level of thoroughbred pig. |
