L-肉碱对小球藻种群增长、营养盐吸收及抗氧化能力的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究L-肉碱对小球藻种群生长、主要营养元素(氮、磷和铁)吸收及抗氧化能力的影响。【方法】在f/2培养基的基础上,添加0(对照),50,100和200 mg/L L-肉碱,培养小球藻14 d,试验每天定时进行小球藻种群密度的测定,试验结束当天收取样品测定小球藻N、P、Fe吸收率及相关抗氧化指标。【结果】50 mg/L L-肉碱能够促进小球藻种群的增长,200 mg/L L-肉碱对小球藻种群增长有抑制作用。随着L-肉碱质量浓度的增加,小球藻对氮(N)的吸收率呈现逐渐升高的趋势,200 mg/L L-肉碱组显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。50 mg/L L-肉碱组小球藻对磷(P)的吸收率显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。50 mg/L L-肉碱组小球藻对铁(Fe)的吸收率较对照组和200 mg/L L-肉碱组显著升高(P<0.05),但与100 mg/L L-肉碱组差异不显著(P>0.05)。200 mg/L L-肉碱组小球藻的过氧化氢酶(CAT)与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),其中 50与100 mg/L L-肉碱组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),且均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。过氧化物酶(POD)活性随L-肉碱质量浓度的升高而显著增加,200 mg/L L-肉碱组达到最高,且各组之间均差异显著(P<0.05)。200 mg/L L-肉碱组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。50和100 mg/L L-肉碱组小球藻总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与200 mg/L L-肉碱组差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】 本试验条件下,50 mg/L L-肉碱能促进小球藻对N、P和Fe营养元素的吸收,提高小球藻藻细胞的抗氧化能力,促进小球藻种群的增长。

Effects of L-carnitine on population growth,absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and iron and antioxidant capacity of Chlorella vulgaris

Abstract:
【Objective】 Effects of L-Carnitine on population growth,absorption of nitrogen (N),phosphorus (P) and iron (Fe) as well as antioxidant capacities of Chlorella vulgaris were studied in this study.【Method】Chlorella vulgaris was cultured with f/2 containing 4 levels (0,50,100,and 200 mg/L) of L-carnitine for 14 days.The population density was determined every day and the absorption of N,P,and Fe and antioxidant capacities were determined at the end of experiment.【Result】 The population growth in 50 mg/L L-carnitine group was significantly (P0.05) higher than that in the control,while 200 mg/L L-carnitine group was significantly lower than the control (P<0.05).The absorption of N increased with the increase of L-carnitine concentration and 200 mg/L L-carnitine had significantly higher rate than other groups (P<0.05).The 50 mg/L L-carnitine group had significantly (P<0.05) higher P and Fe absorption rates than other groups.Compared with other groups,the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH Px in 200 mg/L L-carnitine group were significantly higher (P0.05).The activities of CAT and GSH Px in 50 and 100 mg/L L-carnitine groups had no significant difference (P>0.05),and they were significantly (P<0.05) higher than that in the control group.POD activity increased with the increase of L-carnitine concentration and that in 200 mg/L L-carnitine group was significantly higher (P<0.05) than that in other groups.T AOC activities in 50 and 100 mg/L L-carnitine groups were significantly (P<0.05) higher than that in the control group,but had no significantly difference (P>0.05) with the 200 mg/L L-carnitine group.【Conclusion】 In this experimental,50 mg/L L-carnitine was the optimal concentration to improve N,P,and Fe absorptivity rates,antioxidant capacities,and population growth of Chlorella vulgaris. 
