栎黄枯叶蛾幼虫体色变化规律及生长发育特性研究

摘要:
【目的】明确栎黄枯叶蛾(Trabala vishnou gigantina Yang)幼虫体色变化规律及不同色型幼虫生长发育特性,以便进行虫害预报及采取防治措施。【方法】通过室内饲养观察,研究栎黄枯叶蛾2种色型幼虫的体色变化规律及其取食量、体质量、存活率、消化系数、蛹质量、产卵量、孵化率等生长发育特性。【结果】栎黄枯叶蛾幼虫3龄前一直为黄色,4龄幼虫后出现白色型和黄色型的分化,但不存在幼虫性二型现象。白色型幼虫体色一直保持白色;黄色型幼虫每次蜕皮后变为白色,3~4 d内逐渐变为黄色,蜕皮进入7龄后全为黄色,直到化蛹羽化。白色型幼虫的取食量较大,生长发育较快,繁殖能力较强,而黄色型幼虫的死亡率较低,耐饥饿能力较强。【结论】栎黄枯叶蛾幼虫具有白色和黄色2种色型,2种色型幼虫生长发育特性存在差异,这为生产上合理防治该害虫提供了参考依据。

Color change and growth characteristics of Trabala vishnou gigantina Yang larvae

Abstract:
【Objective】This study determined the color change and growth characteristics of two color morphs of Trabala vishnou gigantina Yang larvae to provide information for forecasting and scientific management of the pest.【Method】The color change,body weight,survival,digestibility coefficient,pupal weigh,fecundity,and hatching rate of two color morphs of T.v.gigantina were studied through laboratory breeding.【Result】The larvae was yellow before the 3rd instar,and began to differentiate into white morph and yellow morph at the 4th instar,but there was no larval sexual dimorphism.Color of the white morph larvae kept white and unchanged,while yellow morph larvae changed to white after molting,and then graded gradually from white to yellow in three or four days.The yellow morph larvae always kept yellow at the 7th instar until it pupated and emerged.The white morph larvae had greater food consumption,faster body growth and stronger reproductive capacity,while yellow morph larvae had higher survival rate and stronger starvation resistance.【Conclusion】The larvae of T.v.gigantina had two color morphs with remarkable difference in growth characteristics.These findings provide valuable information for rational control of T.v.gigantina.
