加工方式对天然牧草青贮营养品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究不同加工方式对草甸草原天然牧草青贮品质的影响。【方法】在内蒙古呼伦贝尔鄂温克旗草甸草原选择代表性样地,取其天然牧草,采用双因素(添加不同水平甲酸及包膜种类)试验设计进行青贮处理,青贮草样压缩密度为255 kg/m3,甲酸设0,2,6和10 mL/kg 4个添加水平,包膜种类包括塑料袋、铝袋、海拉尔膜。待青贮成功后每处理取样3份,测定其粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF )含量。【结果】(1)甲酸添加水平对天然牧草青贮料的CP、EE、Ash、ADF、NDF含量无显著影响(P>0.05),而包膜种类对CP、EE和NDF含量有显著影响(P>0.05)。(2)包膜种类对天然牧草青贮料CP含量的影响表现为海拉尔膜>铝袋>塑料袋 (P<0.05);海拉尔膜青贮料EE含量显著大于塑料袋和铝袋青贮料(P<0.05);塑料袋和铝袋青贮料NDF含量显著高于海拉尔膜青贮料。【结论】添加甲酸对草甸草原天然牧草青贮料营养品质影响不大,而包膜种类对草甸草原天然牧草青贮料营养品质影响较大。

Abstract:
【Objective】The purpose of this paper was to study the effects of different processing methods on quality of natural grass silage from meadow steppe. 【Method】This experiment collected mixed grass samples of meadow steppe in Hulunbeier with different formic acid concentrations (0,2,6,and 10 mL/kg) and filming types (hailaer film,plastic film,and aluminum film).After silage,3 samples from each process were used to analyze the contents of CP,EE,Ash,ADF,and NDF.【Result】(1) Adding formic acid had no significant effects on CP,EE,Ash,ADF and NDF (P>0.05),while film had significant effects on CP,EE and NDF (P<0.05).(2)The effects of film on CP were in the decreasing order of hailaer film>aluminum film>plastic film (P<0.05).The hailaer film had much larger effects on EE than other two film types (P<0.05),while NDF contentsof plastic film and aluminum film were significantly higher than that ofhailaer film (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Film type had great effects on natural grass silage quality in meadow steppe,while formic acid had less influence.
