| 【目的】分析利用云南蒙自膨胀土配制工程泥浆节约施工成本的可行性。【方法】在室内首先探讨并确定膨胀土泥浆的配制工艺，然后进行不同配比条件下的膨胀土泥浆试验，测试其比重、黏度、胶体率、含砂率、pH值、失水量、泥皮厚度等7项主要指标，最后对不同配比条件下的泥浆性能进行评价。【结果】膨胀土工程泥浆的配制工艺为：最优搅拌时间10 min，静置15 min以后泥浆性能趋于稳定。增加纯碱（Na2CO3）掺量对提高泥浆黏度的效果比增加膨胀土掺量更有利，在增加膨胀土掺量提高比重的同时需要考虑泥皮厚度指标。【结论】采用蒙自膨胀土配制工程泥浆是可行的。 |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】This study analyzed the feasibility of preparing engineering slurry with expansive soil in purpose of saving construction cost.【Method】Firstly,the formulation process was determined in laboratory.Then the expansive soil slurries with different formulas were tested to measure the specific gravity,viscosity,colloid rate,sand content,pH value,water loss,and thickness of mud cake.At last,the overall performance of slurry was evaluated.【Result】The optimal preparing process of expansive soil slurry was 10 minutes mixing before 15 minutes standing,when the slurry properties tended stable.Increasing soda ratio was more favorable to improve viscosity than increasing expansive soil ratio.Thickness of mud cake should be considered when increasing the ratio of expansive soil to improve specific gravity.【Conclusion】It is feasible to preparing slurry with Mengzi expansive. |
