Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigated dynamic changes of soil organic carbon (SOC),water-soluble substance (WSS),extractable humus (HE),humic acid (HA), and fulvic acid (FA) contents during corn stalk decomposition at different temperatures.【Method】Indoor culturing experiment was conducted with no corn stalk addition as control. The soil with corn stalk were incubated for 360 days at 10,25,40,and 55 ℃,respectively. Then the effects of temperature on contents of soil organic carbon (SOC),water-soluble substance (WSS),alkali extraction of humic substances (HE),humic acid (HA) and fulvic acid (FA) and the relative ratio of HA (PQ) in humic substance extraction during corn stalk decomposition period (0-360 d) were analyzed.【Result】Under same temperature,SOC and WSS contents reduced as the increase of incubation time while HE and FA decreased gradually following initial increase.Soil PQ value with the existance of corn stalk decreased gradually to the minimum at 105 d,and then it increased gradually. The lowest PQ value was obtained when cubatrated at 40 ℃ for 105-210 d.【Conclusion】Higher incubation temperature was more conductive to decomposition and transformation of SOC,HE and HA.The temperature of 40 ℃ generated the largest FA content during corn stalk decomposition.
