SX-1对春油菜区不同类型甘蓝型油菜杀雄效果和生育期的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究化学杂交剂SX-1对甘肃春油菜区不同生态类型甘蓝型油菜(春性15份、半冬性20份、冬性7份)的雄性不育诱导效果和生育期的影响,为化学杂交剂SX-1在该区域的有效利用提供科学依据。【方法】以不同生态类型的42份甘蓝型油菜为材料,在最大花蕾长度达2.0~2.5 mm时,分别以6.5 mg/L SX-1进行处理,间隔10~15 d以7.0 mg/L SX-1再喷第2次,第1次喷药4 d后,每隔2 d对植株生长发育和育性情况观察记载1次,直至终花。【结果】SX-1对参试的42份材料都有一定的杀雄作用,对SX-1的反应敏感程度表现为迟钝、略微敏感、敏感、特别敏感4种类型,分别占材料总数的4.76%,21.43%,61.91%,11.90%。略微敏感、敏感、特别敏感3种类型的材料全不育株率达到96%以上,占材料总数的95.2%。不同生态类型油菜不育持续时间19~31 d,初花期推迟1.9~2 d,花期延长3.4~3.8 d,全生育期增加3~5 d。【结论】SX-1对春油菜区不同生态类型甘蓝型油菜都有较好的杀雄效果,在油菜育种中具有重要的应用价值,可以在该区域油菜的育种和制种中大面积推广应用。

Gametocidal and growth period effects of chemical hybridizing agent SX-1 on different ecological types of Brassica napus in spring rape area

Abstract:
【Objective】The gametocidal and growth period effects of chemical hybridizing agent SX-1 on different ecological rapeseeds (15 spring rapeseeds,20 semi-winter rapeseeds,and 7 winter rapeseeds) in spring rape area of Gansu were studied to provide scientific basis for efficient application of SX-1.【Method】A total of 42 Brassica napus from different ecological types were treated with SX-1 at mass concentration of 6.5 mg/L when the length of maximum bud reached 2.0-2.5 mm.After 10-15 days,the rapes were treated with SX-1 at mass concentration of 7.0 mg/L for the second time.The development and fertility changes of rape were observed and recorded every two days from the fourth days of first spraying to demise of flowers.【Result】SX-1 had gametocidal effects to all 42 tested rapeseeds.Based on the sensitivity to SX-1,the rapeseeds were grouped to insensitivity,slightly sensitivity,sensitivity and hypersensitivity.The ratios of the four types were 4.76%,21.43%,61.91%,and 11.90%,respectively.The types of lightly sensitivity,sensitivity and hypersensitivity were complete male sterility with the total ratio of 95.2% and the sterile stages lasted for 19-31 days.The bloom stages were delayed by 1.9-2 days,flowering stages were delayed by 3.4-3.8 days,and the whole growth stages were increased by 3-5 days.【Conclusion】SX-1 had good gametocidal effect on different ecological types of Brassica napus.It had important applications in rape breeding,and can be used in large scale in spring rape area.
