小麦骨干亲本小偃6号及其衍生品种(系)的遗传解析

摘要:
【目的】了解小麦骨干亲本小偃6号及其衍生品种(系)间的遗传差异,以及小偃6号对各代衍生品种的遗传贡献。【方法】利用63对分布于小麦21条染色体上的SSR引物对小偃6号及其子1代到子6代的80个衍生品种(系)进行UPGMA聚类分析,以各衍生品种与小偃6号共有位点数占总位点数的百分比表示小偃6号对各世代的遗传贡献。【结果】63对SSR引物在81份材料中共检测到175个等位变异,等位变异数目为1~6,平均2.78个;SSR引物多态性信息含量的变化幅度为0.067 4~0.836 4,平均值为0.480 4;品种间遗传相似系数变化幅度为0.521~0.931,平均值为0.664,在遗传相似系数为0.658处将81份材料分为7类,聚类结果与系谱较吻合;小偃6号对其衍生子1代、子2代、子3代、子4代的平均遗传贡献率为50.32%,47.54%,46.35%,44.83%;在各世代中A、B和D基因组间遗传贡献率整体表现为D>A>B。【结论】小偃6号与其衍生品种(系)存在一定的遗传差异;小偃6号在前4个世代对各世代的遗传贡献率随世代的增加逐渐下降,对衍生品种(系)的D基因组遗传贡献较大。

Genetic dissection of wheat milestone parent Xiaoyan 6 and its derivatives

Abstract:
【Objective】The objective of this study was to reveal the genetic diversity and contributions of Xiaoyan 6 to its derivatives using molecular markers.【Method】A total of 63 SSR primers covering the 21 chromosomes of wheat were screened for UPGMA analysis on the core parents Xiaoyan 6 and its 80 derivatives.The genetic contribution was expressed as the ratio of common points to the total points.【Result】A total of 175 alleles were detected among the 81 materials,and the number of alleles for each primer pair ranged 1-6 with an average of 2.78.The PIC (polymorphism information content) value ranged 0.067 4-0.836 4 with an average of 0.480 4 per primer.Genetic similarity among the materials varied from 0.521 to 0.931 with an average of 0.664.The 81 wheat materials were grouped into seven clusters at GS 0.658.Cluster analysis generally agreed with pedigree analysis.Xiaoyan 6 had the contributions of 50.32%,47.54%,46.35% and 44.83% to its first,second,third and fourth generations,respectively.The genetic contributions of A,B and D genomes were in the decreasing order of D>A>B among all generations.【Conclusion】There were some genetic differences among Xiaoyan 6 and its derivatives.The genetic contribution of Xiaoyan 6 to its derivatives gradually decreased from generation to generation for the first four generations.The genetic contribution of D genome was the biggest.
