| Legumes are rich in phytochemicals.Studies have indicated that some of these natural substances have great biological activities,especially in the prevention of chronic diseases.This paper reviewed phytochemicals from various legumes,including the categories,antioxidant abilities,and prevention of metabolic syndromes and cancers,to provide scientific basis for development and utilization of legumes. |
