地网结合饲养模式对肉鸭生产性能与健康水平的影响

摘要:
【目的】探讨地网结合饲养模式对肉鸭生产性能与健康水平的影响,为地网结合饲养模式在肉鸭生产中的推广应用提供支持。【方法】按照功能分区,以网上为采食、饮水区,地面铺设生物垫料为活动、休息区,建立地网结合饲养模式。选取8日龄樱桃谷肉鸭600只,采用单因子3水平4重复试验设计,设置网上、地面、地网结合3个水平,进行5周饲养试验,检测肉鸭生产性能、发病率、外观健康水平、免疫器官指数以及肠道菌群数量等指标。【结果】与地面平养、地网结合组相比,网上平养组肉鸭的日均采食量分别显著提高4.65%和3.11%(P<0.05),日均增重分别提高9.96%和4.91%(P<0.05);3种饲养模式对肉鸭的料重比无显著影响(P>0.05)。与网上平养、地面平养组相比,地网结合组肉鸭的发病率、翅膀长不对称检测值(FA)显著降低(P<0.05);羽毛质量水平、42日龄步态评分为0的肉鸭比例均显著提高(P<0.05);地网结合组肉鸭42 日龄脾脏指数较网上平养和地面平养分别提高33.33%和21.35%(P<0.05),盲肠乳酸杆菌数分别提高18.09%和12.65%(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数分别降低9.83%和10.41%(P<0.05),沙门氏菌数分别降低12.96%和10.84%(P<0.05)。【结论】地网结合饲养模式可以显著提高肉鸭的健康水平。

Effects of ground-net mixed raising system on performance and health level of cherry-valley meat ducks

Abstract:
【Objective】This paper investigated the performance and health condition of meat ducks raised in the ground net mixed raising system to provide support for the application of ground-net mixed system in the duck industry.【Method】Ground-net mixed raising system (GNMRS) was designed with different areas of specific functions:feeding and drinking area was on the net while resting and activity area was on the ground with litter.Six hundreds of eight-day old Cherry-Valley meat ducks were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,net raising system (NRS),ground raising system (GRS) and G-NMRS.Each group was separated into 4 replicates.Testing period lasted for 5 weeks and growing performance,morbidity,apparent health level,immune organ index and intestinal micro flora of treated ducks were compared.【Result】Compared with GRS and GNMRS,the mean feed intake of ducks in NRS was increased by 4.65% and 3.11%,respectively (P<0.05),and daily mean gain of body weight was increased by 9.96% and 4.91%,respectively (P<0.05).There was no significant difference for feed conversion among the three systems (P>0.05).Compared with NRS and GRS,the morbidity and wing fluctuating asymmetry (FA) of ducks in GNMRS were significantly reduced (P<0.05).The feather quality and ratio of ducks with GS of 0 at 42-day old were significantly increased (P<0.05).When ducks kept in G-NMRS were 42-day old,the spleen index was 33.33% and 21.35% higher than those of NRS and GRS (P<0.05),respectively.Contents of cecum lactobacillus were 18.09% and 12.65% higher than those in NRS and GRS (P<0.05),respectively.Contents of Escherichia coli were 9.83% and 10.41% lower than those in NRS and GRS (P<0.05).Contents of Salmonella in GNMRS were 12.96% and 10.84% lower than those in NRS and GRS (P<0.05).【Conclusion】GNMRS improved the health of Cherry-valley meat ducks.
