钾对黄瓜根系保护酶和光合特性的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究不同质量浓度钾对黄瓜根系保护酶活性、根系活力、光合特性和产量的影响,为黄瓜合理施肥和产量提高提供理论依据。【方法】以蛭石为栽培介质,采用盆栽试验,于黄瓜幼苗3叶1心时浇灌含不同质量浓度(59.0 mg/L(对照)、117.5 mg/L、230.0 mg/L)钾营养液,测定不同生长时期黄瓜根系保护酶(超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT))活性、根系活力、光合特性和产量。【结果】黄瓜生长前期,各处理黄瓜根系中SOD、POD、CAT活性和根系活力及叶片净光合速率均升高,至75 d时达到最大值,之后持续下降。在同一生长时期,随着钾用量的增加,黄瓜根系中SOD、POD、CAT的活性和根系活力及叶片净光合速率均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势。PSⅡ光合电子传递量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)和最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)随着钾用量的增加也呈先升后降的变化趋势。当营养液中钾的质量浓度为117.5 mg/L时,黄瓜的单果质量、单株结果数和单株产量均最高。【结论】当钾的质量浓度为117.5 mg/L时,钾素能促进黄瓜的生长,提高黄瓜叶片净光合速率和黄瓜产量。

Effects of potassium on activities of root protective enzymes and photosynthetic characteristics of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)

Abstract:
【Objective】Effects of different potassium (K) mass concentration on activities of root protective enzymes,root vigor,photosynthetic characteristics and yield of cucumber(Curcumas sativa L.) were investigated to provide theoretical basis for reasonable fertilization and improvement of cucumber yield.【Method】Nutrient solutions with different mass concentrations of K (59.0 mg/L(CK),117.5 mg/L and 230.0 mg/L) were irrigated to cucumber seedlings planted in pots with vermiculite as medium.Activities of root protective enzymes (SOD,POD and CAT),root vigor,photosynthetic characteristics and yield were measured and analyzed.【Result】Activities of SOD,POD and CAT in root,root vigor and net photosynthetic rate increased at the early growth period of cucumber with the highest values at 75 d,and then they decreased.At each growth period,activities of SOD,POD and CAT in root,root vigor and net photosynthetic rate increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of K mass concentration.ΦPSⅡand Fv/Fm had the same trend.Mass per fruit,number of fruits per plant and yield per plant were all highest when K concentration was 117.5 mg/L.【Conclusion】The growth,net photosynthetic rate and yield were increased when the mass concentration of K was 117.5 mg/L.
