复合益生菌生物消毒剂的制备及其在肉鸭生产中的应用

摘要:
【目的】研制复合益生菌生物消毒剂,探讨其对鸭舍环境、肉鸭生产性能及健康状况的影响。【方法】以枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌、酵母菌为材料,通过3因素4水平正交试验筛选3株益生菌的最佳复配比例,据此制备复合益生菌生物消毒剂,确定其喷雾消毒周期。选取4日龄樱桃谷肉鸭600只,随机分为对照组、苯扎溴铵消毒组(试验1组)和复合益生菌生物消毒剂消毒组(试验2组),检测各组鸭舍中环境活菌数、有害气体含量、鸭生产性能、免疫功能及肠道菌群等指标。【结果】与苯扎溴铵相比,复合益生菌生物消毒剂使鸭舍NH3含量与活菌数分别下降42.21%和24.65%(P<0.05),平均日增质量提高8.58%(P<0.05),料肉比降低5.36%(P<0.05);肉鸭脾脏指数、胸腺指数分别提高35.94%和15.41%(P<0.05),盲肠乳酸杆菌数量提高7.96%(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数量降低5.49%(P<0.05)。【结论】复合益生菌生物消毒剂较苯扎溴铵能更好地改善鸭舍环境、提高肉鸭生产性能与免疫性能。

Preparation of biological disinfectant using composite probiotics and its application in duck production

Abstract:
【Objective】The research prepared biological disinfectant using composite probiotics and studied its effects on shed environment,production performance and health condition of duck.【Method】In this research,Bacillus subtilis,Lactobacillus and microzyme were chosen to prepare composite biological disinfectant based on the optimum mixing ratio obtained through orthogonal experiment with 3 factors and 4 levels.The spray disinfectant period was also determined.Then,600 ducks at the age of 4 days were divided into control group,benzalkonium bromide disinfection group (test 1) and composite probiotics biological disinfection group (test 2) randomly and number of live bacteria and harmful gas concentration in environment,production performance,immune function and intestinal micro flora of treated ducks were compared.【Result】Compared with benzalkonium bromide disinfection group,concentration of ammonia and number of live bacteria in composite probiotics group decreased by 42.21% and 24.65% (P<0.05),average daily gain increased by 8.58% (P<0.05),feed meat ratio reduced by 5.36% (P<0.05),spleen index and thymus index increased by 35.94% and 15.41% (P<0.05),number of cecal Lactobacillus increased by 7.96% (P<0.05),and the Escherichia coli number decreased by 5.49% (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Composite probiotics biological disinfectant improved shed environment,production performance and immune function of duck.
