| 【目的】明确金黄垂直链霉菌HN6对香蕉的防病促生作用。【方法】采用盆栽法，研究金黄垂直链霉菌HN6对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果及香蕉苗叶片PAL与SOD活性的变化，同时研究施加金黄垂直链霉菌HN6孢子悬浮液后，香蕉苗植株形态和生理指标的变化。【结果】HN6对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果可达72.02%，极显著高于95%恶霉灵处理；与无菌水和95%恶霉灵相比，HN6能极显著提高香蕉苗的PAL与SOD活性。HN6可以增加香蕉苗株高、茎粗、地上部分鲜质量及地下部分鲜质量，提高植株叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白质含量，有效增强植株根系活力，且与无菌水处理相比差异均达极显著水平。【结论】109 CFU/mL HN6孢子悬浮液灌根对香蕉具有很好的防病促生作用。 |

| 【Objective】This study investigated the disease preventing and growth promoting effects of Streptomyces aureoverticillatus strain HN6 on banana.【Method】Control effect of S.aureoverticillatus strain against banana wilt was tested by potted method,and changes in PAL and SOD enzyme activities of banana leaves were detected.Furthermore,morphological and physiological indexes of banana seedlings were investigated after adding spore suspension of the S.aureoverticillatus.【Result】The control effect of S.aureoverticillatus against Fusarium oxysporum was up to 72.02%,extremely higher than that of 95% Hymexaxzol.S.aureoverticillatus extremely significantly increased PAL and SOD enzyme activities in banana leaves.S.aureoverticillatus also increased banana seedling height,stem diameter,fresh weight,the contents of leaf chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein,and the vitality of root system extremely significantly compared to the control with sterile water.【Conclusion】The disease preventing and growth promoting effects of S.aureoverticillatus on banana seedlings were identified and the suggested concentration is 109 CFU/mL. |
