黑曲霉发酵液对石灰性土壤中小麦幼苗生长的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究不同稀释度黑曲霉发酵液对石灰性土壤中苗期小麦生长的影响。【方法】采用盆栽试验,以小偃22号为供试小麦品种,设置种植和不种植小麦2个试验组,待盆栽小麦生长3周后, 2个试验组均依次浇灌3种不同稀释度(分别稀释50,100,200倍)黑曲霉发酵液,以浇灌清水作为对照,分别测定不同稀释度黑曲霉发酵液对小麦叶绿素含量、叶片及根系硝酸还原酶活性、小麦组织磷含量和生物量等的影响,并测定种植小麦和不种植小麦条件下不同稀释度黑曲霉发酵液对土壤pH、磷酸酶(酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、中性磷酸酶(NeP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP))活性及无机磷形态和含量的影响。【结果】在种植小麦的条件下,与对照相比,稀释100倍的黑曲霉发酵液明显增加了小麦叶片叶绿素总含量,显著提高了叶片及根系中硝酸还原酶活性以及小麦幼苗地上部分和根系的全磷含量,使得地上部分生物量显著增加。无论是在种植小麦或不种植小麦的条件下,当浇灌的黑曲霉发酵液稀释度相同时,土壤ACP活性最高,NeP活性次之,ALP活性最低。浇入相同稀释度的黑曲霉发酵液后,种植小麦处理的土壤ACP活性比不种小麦处理均有所提高。浇灌黑曲霉发酵液后,石灰性土壤中Ca2-P、Ca8-P和O-P含量增加,而Fe-P、Al-P、和Ca10-P含量降低。【结论】适宜稀释度的黑曲霉发酵液能明显促进小麦的生长,活化土壤中难溶性磷,提高土壤有效磷含量。

Abstract:
【Objective】This experiment aim to study the effects of different concentrations of Aspergillus niger fermentation liquor on wheat seedling stage growth in calcareous soil.【Method】Through potted wheat,use Xiaoyan 22 wheat as experimental material,set up two experimental groups (grow and do not grow wheat),after 3 weeks,irrigate the two treatment groups with 3 different concentrations (diluted 50,100,200 times,respectively) of Aspergillus niger fermentation products.Determination the effect of different concentration of Aspergillus niger fermentation products on wheat chlorophyll content,leaf and root nitrate reductase,phosphorus content in wheat and biomass,as well as under the condition of grow or not grow wheat,the effect of different concentration of Aspergillus niger fermentation liquor on soil pH,phosphatase activity (ACP,NeP and ALP),and inorganic phosphorus forms and content.【Result】Diluted 100 times fermentation liquid is good for wheat seedling growth,especially in increasing the wheat leaf chlorophyll content;Activity of nitrate reductase in leaves and roots;total phosphorus content in the wheat seedling.Hence the ground biomass increased significantly.Whether grow wheat or not,when treat with the same concentration of Aspergillus niger fermentation liquor,the ACP of soil is the highest,NeP activity take the second place,the ALP activity is the lowest.Using the same concentration of Aspergillus niger fermentation liquor,the soil grow with wheat has higher ACP activity than pure soil.After using Aspergillus niger fermentation liquor,Ca2-P,Ca8-P,and O-P in calcareous soil were increased,while the Fe-P,Al-P,Ca10-P content were decreased.【Conclusion】Appropriate concentration of Aspergillus niger fermentation liquor can obviously promote the growth of wheat,activate difficult capacitive phosphorus in the soil,and increase the content of available P in soil.
