榆林近期供水网络方案的多方法综合评价

摘要:
【目的】研究多方法综合评价相对单一方法评价的优势,进一步丰富水资源系统评价理论,同时为榆林供水网络的规划和建设提供技术支撑。【方法】利用加速遗传算法改进的层次分析法确定供水网络方案各指标的权重;通过层次分析法、灰靶理论、模糊综合评价法、投影寻踪法和集对分析法等5种评价方法,对榆林近期供水网络方案进行综合评价;提出一种评判多种评价方法结果一致性的指标,并在以上各评价方法基础上利用序号总和理论得出最优方案。【结果】在榆林近期供水网络方案评价中,5种方法评价结果的整体一致性指标为0.625,表明评价结果基本一致;集对分析法和投影寻踪法的评价结果最值比分别为7.77和9.03,比其他3种方法更易区分最优和最劣方案;利用序号总和理论克服了不同方法评价结果的不一致性,得出榆林近期供水网络的最佳方案为方案2。【结论】应用实例表明,在供水网络方案评价中,多方法综合评价能克服单一方法的局限性,较单一方法的评价结果更可靠。

Comprehensive evaluation of recent water supply network schemes in Yulin using multiple methods

Abstract:
【Objective】This research focused on the advantages of comprehensive evaluation using multiple methods compared to using single method to enrich the evaluation theory of water resources system and provide scientific support for planning and construction of recent water supply network in Yulin.【Method】The weight of each index of water supply network in Yulin was determined through the analytic hierarchy process with accelerating genetic algorithm.The alternative schemes were evaluated by five methods including AHP,GTT,FCE,PP and SPA.Furthermore,an index was proposed to judge the consistency of evaluation results of different methods,and the best scheme was determined by sequence-number summation theory and the above evaluation methods.【Result】The overall consistency of evaluation results of recent water supply network schemes by five methods was 0.625,indicating the results were consistent basically.The ratios of peak values of evaluation results through SPA and PP were 7.77 and 9.03,indicating that they were better to distinguish the best and the worst schemes than other three methods.Considering the inconsistency of evaluation results through different methods,the sequence number summation theory showed that the best recent water supply network in Yulin was scheme 2.【Conclusion】The evaluation based on multi-method could overcome the limitations of single method and the results are more reliable in evaluating water supply network schemes.
