异型岔管水力特性的数值模拟

摘要:
【目的】探求异型岔管的水力特性,研究岔管处局部水头损失及流速和压强的分布情况,并检验数值模拟方法的可靠性。【方法】采用物理模型试验和数值模拟相互验证的方法,依据实际情况对积石峡电站灌溉引水系统重力输水管网岔管在6种不同的供水工况(正常水位和死水位1#支管单独供水、2#支管单独供水及1#、2#支管联合供水)下的流速、压强分布及局部水头损失进行了研究。【结果】在6种不同工况下,局部水头损失系数的数值模拟值均小于试验值,相对误差最大为14.452 5%,且各工况下得到的岔管处局部水头损失、局部水头损失系数值并不相同;数值模拟结果直观地反映了岔管处流态分布和压强的变化情况。【结论】岔管处的水力特性复杂、影响因素较多,即使同一工程的同一岔管在不同的运行工况下各参数的选取也具有灵活性,因此对于具体问题要进行具体分析。

Numerical simulation of hydraulic characteristics in heterotypic bifurcated pipe

Abstract:
【Objective】This study aimed to investigate hydraulic characteristics of heterotypic bifurcated pipe including head loss,water flow and pressure distribution and test whether numerical simulation was reliable.【Method】Experiment and numerical simulation were combined to investigate the gravity-transporting water pipe in Jishixia Power Station.Based on the actual situation,head loss,water flow and pressure distribution of the heterotypic bifurcated pipe were researched under six different conditions including separate water supply by pipe 1#,separate water supply by pipe 2#,and joint water supply by pipe 1# and pipe 2#.【Result】The calculation results were slightly smaller than the experimental results under all six conditions.The largest difference was 14.452 5%.Head losses,head loss coefficients and energy losses were all different at each condition.Velocity distribution and pressure distribution were intuitively presented using numerical simulation.【Conclusion】Hydraulic characteristics of bifurcated pipe are complex and effected by many factors.Thus,it is flexible to choose values of parameters at different conditions even for the same bifurcated pipe.Specific analysis is needed for every case.
