华北寒旱区金娃娃萱草的光合特性研究

摘要:
【目的】探讨金娃娃萱草在华北寒旱区的生态适应性,为区域萱草栽培管理提供理论依据。【方法】采用LI-6400XT便携式光合测量系统和pocket PEA植物效率分析仪,于07:00-19:00每隔1 h测定1次金娃娃萱草叶片(新生第3、4片叶中部)的光合参数和叶绿素荧光参数,同时测定田间温度、光强和大气CO2浓度等环境因子,研究其光合特性。【结果】在夏季晴天条件下,华北寒旱区金娃娃萱草的净光合速率(Pn),蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)日变化曲线均呈双峰型,其中Pn峰值出现在09:00和16:00,最大净光合速率为14.47 μmol/(m2·s)。金娃娃萱草的光响应曲线显示,其理论光合饱和点(LSP)为2 425 μmol/(m2·s),光合补偿点(LCP)为37.455 4 μmol/(m2·s),表观量子效率为(AQY)0.040 4。晴天萱草叶片的可变荧光(Fv)、最大荧光(Fm)日变化呈单谷型,初始荧光(Fo)日变化呈单峰型,PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)由07:00的0.83下降到14:00的0.73,下降了12.0%,19:00恢复至0.83。【结论】在晴天条件下,金娃娃萱草出现了光合“午休”现象,在午间发生了一定的光抑制;金娃娃萱草属于阳性植物,且耐阴,其对华北寒旱区光环境具有较好的生态适应性。

Photosynthetic characteristics of Hemerocallis fulva in cold and arid region of North China

Abstract:
【Objective】This study investigated the ecological adaptation of Hemerocallis fulva in cold and arid region of North China to provide theoretical basis for the management of its regional planting.【Method】Portable photosynthetic analyzer LI-6400TX and pocket PEA were used to measure the photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the leaves (the middle of the third and fourth new leaves) every hour between 07:00 and 19:00.Temperature,light intensity and CO2 concentration were also measured to analyze the photosynthetic characteristics of Hemerocallis fulva.【Result】Pn,Tr and Gs all exhibited dual-peak diurnal variation curves in summer sunny days,and the peaks of Pn occurred at 09:00 and 16:00,respectively,with maximum net photosynthetic rate of 14.47 μmol/(m2·s).The light saturation point,light compensation point,and AQY were 2 425 μmol/(m2·s),37.454 4 μmol/(m2·s),and 0.040 4,respectively.In sunny days,Fv and Fm had single-valley diurnal variations while Fo had single-peak diurnal variation.The maximum PSⅡ photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) of Hemerocallis fulva declined from 0.83 at 07:00 by 12.0% to 0.73 at 14:00,and it returned to 0.83 at 19:00.【Conclusion】 In sunny days,Hemerocallis fulva occurred “noon break” phenomenon due to photo inhibition.The lighting environment of cold and arid region of North China is suitable for Hemerocallis fulva.
