外源NO对德国鸢尾切花生理指标的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究外源NO对德国鸢尾切花瓶插过程中生理指标的影响,为德国鸢尾的切花保鲜提供参考。【方法】以2种德国鸢尾Queen、Party dress切花为试验材料,以硝普钠(SNP)为NO供体,设定25,50,100,200 μmol/L 4个浓度的SNP溶液处理切花鸢尾,以蒸馏水为对照,研究外源NO对鸢尾切花花枝鲜质量及花瓣可溶性蛋白、MDA含量和SOD活性等指标的影响。【结果】除200 μmol/L SNP 溶液处理外,SNP溶液处理均能增加切花花枝鲜质量,缓解切花花瓣中可溶性蛋白质的降解速度,提高其SOD活性,延缓其MDA含量的升高,且以100 μmol/L SNP溶液处理的效果最好。【结论】外源NO能延缓德国鸢尾切花的衰老。

Abstract:
【Objective】The effects of nitric oxide treatment on physiological indexes of cut Iris germanica L.were studied.【Method】Using sodium nitroprusside (SNP) as nitric oxide (NO) donor,SNP aqueous solutions with concentrations of 25,50,100,200 μmol/L were used to treat cut flowers of two Iris germanica L.cultivars.Distilled water was used as blank control.Then the effects on fresh weight of flower stems,contents of soluble protein and MDA,and activity of SOD were examined.【Result】All SNP concentrations except 200 μmol/L increased the fresh weight of flower stem,reduced the degradation rate of soluble protein,enhanced the activities of SOD and POD in the petals,and inhibited the increase of MDA.SNP solution with the concentration of 100 μmol/L was the best.【Conclusion】Exogenous NO could delay the senescence of cut Iris germanica L.cultivars.
