梨小食心虫触角感器的超微结构

摘要:
【目的】明确梨小食心虫触角外部形态及其感器种类与分布,以期为深入了解其化学感受系统,揭示其寄主选择行为机制奠定基础。【方法】取当天羽化的梨小食心虫雌、雄成虫各10头,对触角进行处理后,利用扫描电镜对梨小食心虫成虫触角形态及感器进行了观察。【结果】梨小食心虫成虫触角呈丝状,触角感器共有7种,分别为毛形感器、锥形感器、刺形感器、栓锥形感器、腔锥形感器、耳形感器和Bhm氏鬃毛,其中毛形感器和锥形感器各有2种类型。梨小食心虫雌、雄成虫之间触角感器的类型、分布均无明显差异。不同感器在触角上的数量与分布不同。【结论】梨小食心虫有丝状触角,其上共分布有7种类型的感器,且雌、雄成虫之间触角感器的类型及分布规律相似。

Abstract:
【Objective】In order to further elucidate the olfactory system and the mechanism of host selection of Grapholita molesta,the type,number and distribution of antennal sensilla of G.molesta were observed.【Method】Ten adult of both female and male were used on the day of emergence.The antennal were carefully cut at the base using fine scissors.Ater dehydration,all samples were examined using scanning electron microscope.The study used scanning electron microscopy to observe the antennal sensilla of G.molesta.【Result】The antenna of G.molesta were filamentous.Seven types of sensilla on surface of G.molesta antenna were observed:sensilla trichodea,sensilla basiconica,sensilla chaetica,sensilla styloconica,sensilla coeloconica,sensilla auricillica and B?hm bristles.Trichodea sensilla and basiconica sensilla had two subtypes.No difference was found in the type and distribution of sensilla between female and male moths, while the quantity and distribution on the antenna was different.【Conclusion】The antenna of G.molesta were filamentous.Seven types of sensilla were observed on antenna.The type and distribution of antennal sensilla between male and female were similar.
