天蚕素抗菌肽的性质、功能及应用研究进展

摘要:
天蚕素(Cecropin)是发现的第1个动物抗菌肽,具有抗细菌、真菌、病毒、肿瘤、寄生虫等多种生物活性。文章总结了天蚕素抗菌肽的性质、结构,重点综述了天蚕素基因工程重组表达系统、表达策略,生物活性及应用现状等研究,并对相关研究发展趋势进行了展望。

Characteristics,biological functions and applications of cecropin family antimicrobial peptides:A comprehensive review

Abstract:
Antimicrobial peptides are important components of the innate immune system in living organisms that protect hosts from invading pathogenic microorganism.Cecropin was the first animal antimicrobial peptide found from living beings,exerting powerful antimicrobial activities against different pathogens including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria,fungi,viruses,tumor,and parasites.This paper summarizes recent researches on cecropin family antimicrobial peptides including the characteristics,structure,structure-activity relationships,gene recombinant and expression,and diverse biological functions.Future research and development trends are also prospected.
