RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是一种由非编码的小分子双链RNA引发的序列特异性转录后基因沉默现象,普遍存在于线虫、真菌、昆虫和动植物等多种生物中。近年来,RNAi技术在昆虫中的成功应用为一系列新颖的、环境友好的害虫防治策略提供了理论依据。文章综述了RNAi 技术的作用机制、dsRNA吸收机制及在害虫防治等领域的研究成果,并展望了该技术的应用前景。 |

Abstract: |
RNA interference (RNAi) is a phenomenon of post-transcriptional and gene regulation mechanism initiated by small double strand RNAs.The phenomenon ubiquitously exists in nematode,fungi,plants and animals.In recent years,the successful application of RNAi in insect provides a theoretical basis for development of a variety of novel and environmental friendly approaches for insect pest management.The paper reviews the mechanism of RNAi,dsRNA absorption and pest control.At last,the application prospect of this technique is discussed. |
