| 【目的】研究岩原鲤(Procypris rabaudi（Tchang))的染色体核型，了解其细胞生物学特征，为其种质的检测提供相应的标准参数，也为进一步探讨岩原鲤的系统演化和进化地位提供基础资料。【方法】采用体内注射植物血球凝集素(PHA)和秋水仙素的肾细胞体内培养法，以头肾为材料，通过空气干燥法制片，对岩原鲤的染色体进行研究。【结果】岩原鲤的染色体数目2n=100，占总数的78%，核型公式为2n=22m+26sm+22st+30t，臂数NF=148。50对染色体中，有11对中部着丝点染色体(m)、13对亚中部着丝点染色体(sm)、11对亚端部着丝点染色体(st)、15对端部着丝点染色体(t)。【结论】岩原鲤与鲤亚科其他鱼类及鲃亚科部分鱼类染色体核型相同，但核型公式和染色体臂数略有差异。 |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】This study analyzed the karyotype of Procypris rabaudi(Tchang),aiming to understand its cell biological characteristics,provide standard parameters for germplasm detection,and improve further study of system evolution of P.rabaudi (Tchang).【Method】The metaphase chromosome of P.rabaudi (Tchang) was prepared from head-kidney by PHA and colchicines injection and air drying technique.【Result】The diploid chromosome number of P.rabaudi(Tchang) was 100,and the karyotype formula was 2n=22m+26sm+22st+30t with NF=148.Among the 50 pairs of chromosomes,11 pairs were metacentric chromosomes (m),13 pairs were sub-metacentric chromosomes (SM),11 pairs were sub-acrocentric chromosomes (st),and 15 pairs were acrocentric chromosomes (t).【Conclusion】The karyotype of P.rabaudi (Tchang) was the same with Cyprininae and part of Barbinae,but the karyotype formula and diploid chromosome number was slightly different. |
