泥沙级配对迷宫流道滴头堵塞及毛管内泥沙沉积的影响

摘要:
【目的】设计对不同泥沙级配的浑水进行滴灌试验,为泥沙机械组成对滴头堵塞的影响过程研究提供理论参考。【方法】采用短周期法,设计了粒径小于0.1 mm的3种不同级配泥沙(编号分别为A、B、C,其<0.03 mm,≥0.03~≤0.05 mm,>0.05~≤0.1 mm粒径泥沙所占比例分别为58.38%,27.17%,14.45%;48.50%,13.20%,38.30%;20.13%,23.55%,56.32%)及3种不同含沙量(0.5,1.0,1.5 g/L)组合的滴头抗堵塞试验,分析了毛管中沉积泥沙的位置与粒径组成及滴头流量与含沙量的变化。【结果】当含沙量不大于1.0 g/L时,泥沙级配C最易造成滴头堵塞,而级配B次之,级配A最不易造成滴头堵塞;当含沙量大于1.0 g/L时,泥沙级配对堵塞的影响有所降低。当毛管上的滴头发生严重堵塞时,毛管内的淤积泥沙主要分布在毛管中段0.6~1.0 m处,未发生堵塞或者发生非常轻微堵塞的毛管泥沙淤积主要分布在毛管尾端。粒径>0.05~≤0.1 mm的泥沙最易沉积在毛管内,而小于0.03 mm的泥沙颗粒最易随水流排出滴头。【结论】泥沙级配是影响滴头堵塞的主要因素,当大于0.05 mm的泥沙颗粒含量较高时,非常易造成滴头堵塞,泥沙级配对其在毛管中的淤积位置影响较小,但对泥沙淤积量有一定的影响。

Influence of sediment composition on clogging of labyrinth channels emitters and deposition in emitter pipe

Abstract:
【Objective】This paper conducted drip-irrigation tests using muddy water with different sediment compositions to investigate the effects of sediment compositions on emitter clogging.【Method】Combinations of three sediment compositions (A:ratios of particles with diameters of <0.03 mm,≥0.03-≤0.05 mm,and >0.05-≤0.1 mm were 58.38%,27.17%,and 14.45%;B:ratios of particles with diameters of <0.03 mm,≥0.03-≤0.05 mm,and >0.05-≤0.1 mm were 48.50%,13.20%,and 38.30%;C:ratios of particles with diameters of <0.03 mm,≥0.03-≤0.05 mm,and >0.05-≤0.1 mm were 20.13%,23.55%,and 56.32%) and three sand levels (0.5,1.0,and 1.5 g/L) were tested based on short-period repeatability method for anti-clogging experiments.The location of alluvial sediments,size compositions,sediment concentrations and flow changes were analyzed.【Result】When the sediment concentration was ≤1.0 g/L,C was the easiest to cause clogging,followed by B and A.When the sediment concentration was >1.0 g/L,influence of sediment composition on clogging decreased.Sediment deposition appeared in the middle section 0.6-1.0 m of emitting-pip when clogging happened,while sediment deposition appeared in the tail when there was no or slight clogging.The sediment particles with size of >0.05-≤0.1 mm easily deposited in the emitter-pips,while particles with size of <0.03 mm could be discharged from the emitters easily.【Conclusion】Sediment composition was the main factor of emitter clogging.When the size of particles was >0.05 mm,it easily caused clogging.Sediment composition had small effect on the location of sediment siltation,but had certain influence on sedimentation volume.
