秦岭中段南坡锐齿栎林碳密度研究

摘要:
【目的】量化秦岭中段南坡锐齿栎林碳密度,并分析其与林龄、地形因子的关系,为秦岭及全国森林碳储量与碳汇研究提供数据支持。【方法】在秦岭中段南坡不同立地条件下,设置锐齿栎林调查样地50块,通过样地调查和室内分析,推算秦岭锐齿栎林碳密度,并比较不同林层(乔木层、灌木层、草本层、枯落物层)和乔木层不同器官(干、根、皮、枝、叶)、林龄、地形因子(海拔、坡度、坡位、坡向)对锐齿栎林碳密度的影响及差异。【结果】秦岭中段南坡锐齿栎林碳密度平均值为101.40 t/hm2,其中乔木层、灌木层、草本层、枯落物层碳密度所占比例分别为97.82%,0.60%,0.30%和1.28%,乔木层是锐齿栎林碳库的最重要组成部分;乔木层各器官碳密度占乔木层总碳密度的比例分别为:树干51.85%、树根22.36%、树枝14.77%、树皮7.61%、树叶3.41%,树干是锐齿栎乔木碳的主要贮存器官;锐齿栎林乔木层碳密度随林龄的增大而提高,幼、中龄林碳密度平均值分别仅为近成熟林碳密度的52.21%和59.91%。锐齿栎林乔木层碳密度随海拔升高呈先增后减的变化趋势,在海拔≥1 500~<1 700 m达到最大;另外,其随坡度的增加显著减小;不同坡位、坡向相比,以上坡位最大,下坡位最小,且以阳坡高于阴坡。【结论】秦岭中段南坡锐齿栎林植被层碳密度显著高于全国森林碳密度平均值;由于该区锐齿栎林以幼龄林和中龄林为主,因而仍有较大的固碳潜力;为了提高锐齿栎林的碳汇能力,应加强科学经营和管理,尽量减少对锐齿栎林的不必要人为干扰。

Carbon density of Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata forest on the southern slope of the middle Qinling Mountains

Abstract:
【Objective】Carbon density of Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata forest on the southern slope of the middle Qinling Mountains was estimated and the relationship between carbon density and stand ages and topographical factors was analyzed to provide data for the study on forest carbon storage and carbon sink in Qinling Mountains and China.【Method】50 Q.aliena var.acuteserrata sample plots with different elevations,slope gradients,slope aspects and slope positions were set on the southern slope of the middle Qinling Mountains.Based on field investigation and laboratory analysis,carbon density of Q.aliena var.acuteserrata forest in this region was estimated,and the influence of different forest layers (arbor layer,shrub layer,herb layer and litter layer),stand ages,topographical factors (elevation,gradient,slope position and slope aspect) on carbon density of Q.aliena var.acuteserrata forest was contrasted.【Result】Carbon density of Q.aliena var.acuteserrata forest on the southern slope of the middle Qinling Mountains was 101.40 t/hm2.Carbon densities of arbor layer,shrub layer,herb layer and litter layer accounted for 97.82%,0.60%,0.30% and 1.28%,respectively,indicating that arbor layer was the most important part of the carbon pool of Q.aliena var.acuteserrata forest.Carbon densities of trunk,root,branch,bark and leaf accounted for 51.85%,22.36%,14.77%,7.61% and 3.41%,respectively,showing that trunk was the major storage organ of the arbor layer.Carbon density of Q.aliena var.acuteserrata forest increased with the growth of stand ages.Carbon densities of young and middle aged Q.aliena var.acuteserrata forests of arbor layer were 52.21% and 59.91% of that of premature mature aged Q.aliena var.acuteserrataQ.aliena var.acuteserrata forest,respectively.Carbon density of arbor layer Q.aliena var.acuteserrata forest increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of elevation,and the maximum occurred at the elevation of ≥1 500-<1 700 m.Carbon density significantly decreased with the increase of gradient with the maximum value in the upper slope followed by middle slope and lower slope.Carbon density in the sunny slope was larger than that in the shady slope.【Conclusion 】Carbon density of Q.aliena var.acuteserrata forest on the southern slope of the middle Qinling Mountains was significantly larger than the average carbon density in China.There was great carbon sequestration potential since young and middle aged forests were the mainly part of Q.aliena var.acuteserrata forest in this region.To enhance its carbon sequestration capacity,scientific operation and management shall be strengthened to reduce unnecessary human disturbance on Q.aliena var.acuteserrata forest.
