关中地区生态系统服务价值动态探析

摘要:
【目的】核算陕西关中地区的生态系统服务价值(ESV),为该地区的生态环境保护与建设提供科学依据。【方法】以陕西省关中地区1996-2007年土地利用变化为基础,结合敏感性指数,对其生态系统服务价值进行系统核算,并探讨生态系统服务价值的变化规律及其驱动因素。【结果】关中地区ESV在1996年为205.71亿元,2007年达到211.82亿元,呈缓慢增长趋势;空间上呈中间低、南北高、西南最高的分布格局,增量呈西北高、东南低的变化趋势,这是自然条件、政策导向与城市化进程博弈的结果。林地、耕地是生态系统服务价值构成中贡献较大的地类,宝鸡市是最大的生态产益区,水文调节、维护生物多样性、保持土壤和气候调节是关中地区生态系统服务功能的主体。1996-2007年的11年内,关中地区单位ESV增加2.97%,人均ESV减少7.21%,环境压力有所增加。【结论】应严格控制城镇用地的扩张速度,积极发展城市绿地,认真考虑人口发展的影响。

Dynamic analysis of ecosystem services value in Guanzhong region
Abstract:
【Objective】This study aimed to calculate the ecosystem services value (ESV) of Guanzhong region for the protection and restoration of regional eco-environment.【Method】Based on dynamic land use data in 1996 and 2007,the ecological fragile zone of Guanzhong region in Shaanxi Province was selected to calculate ESV using ecological sensitivity method and analyze ESV changing pattern and driving factors.【Result】The total ESV increased slowly from 205.71×108 Yuan in 1996 to 211.82×108 Yuan in 2007.Spatially,low ESV distributed in the middle,high ESV distributed in the south and north,and the highest ESV distributed in the south-west.The increment decreased from north-west to south-east resulted from the interaction of nature factors,policy guidance and urbanization construction in Guanzhong region.Forest and cultivated land were the two major contributors.Baoji city contributed greater than other cities.Hydrological adjustment,biodiversity protection,soil retention and climate adjustment were the regional subjective functions in Guanzhong region.From 1996 to 2007,while the unit ESV increased by 2.97%,per capital ESV decreased by 7.21%,indicating that environmental pressure in Guanzhong region was increasing.【Conclusion】Measures should be timely taken to control construction,develop the urban greenland and connect population with ecological construction.
