1株抑制镰刀菌生长及产生伏马菌素链霉菌的分离和鉴定

摘要:
【目的】从采自深圳近海红树林泥土中分离筛选到抑制再育镰刀菌生长和产生伏马菌素B1(FB1)的菌株,并对其进行鉴定,为控制食品中真菌毒素污染提供新途径。【方法】采用镰刀菌产毒素试验及生长对峙法,从采自红树林泥土中分离筛选目标菌株;根据菌株形态和培养特征、生理生化特性及16S rDNA序列分析,对目标菌株进行鉴定。【结果】从红树林泥土中分离到1株可抑制再育镰刀菌产生FB1和生长的菌株SZ1-6,初步确定该菌株属于卡伍尔链霉菌。菌株SZ1-6发酵液可显著抑制再育镰刀菌产生FB1,产毒抑制率达67%以上;菌株对再育镰刀菌生长也具有一定的抑制效果。【结论】筛选到1株对再育镰刀菌产FB1和生长均有抑制效果的链霉菌菌株SZ1-6,说明从海洋资源中寻找产抗生素的天然放线菌是可行的。

Isolation and identification of a Streptomyces strain capable of inhibiting growth and fumonisin production of mycotoxigenic Fusarium species
Abstract:
【Objective】The purpose of this work was to identify and characterize a Streptomyces strain from an intertidal sediment sample collected from inshore mangrove near Shenzhen,which inhibited FB1 production of Fusarium proliferatum.【Method】The target strain was screened from samples collected from inshore mangrove by the Fusarium toxin production test and growth confrontation method.The strain SZ1-6 was characterized from morphology,physiological and biochemical characterizations and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.【Result】The strain SZ1-6 was screened and identified as a similar species with Streptomyces cavourensis.The inhibition effects of the fermented liquid from strain SZ1-6 on FB1 production of F.proliferatum were up to 67%.【Conclusion】SZ1-6 was screened from sediment samples from inshore mangrove,which produced active substances that inhibited FB1 production of F.proliferatum.It is feasible to find natural actinomycetes to produce antibiotic from ocean resources.
