不同有机基质对生菜产量和品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究不同有机基质对生菜产量和品质的影响,为探索有机生菜的栽培技术提供参考。【方法】将香菇菇渣、玉米秸秆、羊粪、珍珠岩按不同体积比混合配制成12种有机栽培基质,以V(沙土)∶V(羊粪)=10∶2为 CK1、台湾美庭基质为CK2,采用随机区组设计,对散叶生菜进行有机生态型无土栽培试验,探讨不同基质配方的理化性质及其对生菜产量和品质的影响,并采用隶属函数评价各基质配方的优劣。【结果】12种有机栽培基质对生菜均有增产效应,较CK1的增幅为226.51%~746.86%,较CK2的增幅为6.19%~31.58%;有机栽培基质能有效提高生菜的V\-C和还原糖含量,其中VC含量较CK1的增幅为0.34%~208.26%,较CK2的增幅为2.28%~202.79%},还原糖含量较CK1的增幅为7.55%~156.64%,较CK2的增幅为5.78%~86.68%;12种有机栽培基质能显著降低生菜的硝酸盐含量,较CK1的降幅为28.28%~84.35%,较CK2的降幅为10.10%~78.00%。【结论】综合产量及品质指标,得出V(菇渣)∶V(玉米秸秆)∶V(羊粪)∶V(珍珠岩)=3∶4∶1∶4、V(菇渣)∶V(玉米秸秆)∶V(羊粪)∶V(珍珠岩)=2∶4∶2∶4、V(菇渣)∶V(玉米秸秆)∶V(羊粪)∶V(珍珠岩)=4∶3∶1∶4和V(菇渣)∶V(玉米秸秆)∶V(珍珠岩)=4∶4∶4为较理想的有机栽培基质配方。

Effects of different organic substrates on the yield and quality of lettuce

Abstract:
【Objective】Effects of different organic substrates on yield and quality of lettuce were studied for exploring the cultivation technology of organic lettuce.【Method】This eco-organic soilless culture experiment on lettuce was conducted using mushroom residue,corn straw,sheep manure and perlite as substrate materials,V(sand soil)∶V(sheep manure)=10∶2 as CK1 and Me-Ting organic substrate from Taiwan as CK2.A random block design was used to study the physical and chemical properties of the different organic substrates and effects on yield and quality of lettuce,and the analysis method of subordinate function was used to evaluate the pros and cons of different organic substrates.【Result】The results showed that organic cultivation substrates could increase lettuce yield,the rates of increase were 226.51%-746.86% and 6.19%-31.58% compared with CK1 and CK2,respectively.Organic cultivation substrates could increase VC and reducing sugar content of lettuce effectively,the VC contents were increased by 0.34%-208.26% and 2.28%-202.79% compared to CK1 than CK2,respectively while the reducing sugar contents were increased by 7.55% to 156.64%.But the nitrate contents of lettuce in organic substrates decreased by 28.28%-84.35% and 10.10%-78.00% compared with CK1 and CK2,respectively.【Conclusion】Taking yield and quality as measurement index,the preferred substrates were V(mushroom residue)∶V(corn stalk)∶V(sheep manure)∶V(perlite)=3∶4∶1∶4,V(mushroom residue)∶V(corn stalk)∶V(sheep manure)∶V(perlite)=2∶4∶2∶4,V(mushroom residue)∶V(corn stalk)∶V(sheep manure)∶V(perlite)=4∶3∶1∶4 and V(mushroom residue)∶V(corn stalk)∶V(perlite)=4∶4∶4.
